They have read the negative reviews and are making it right. I read the bad reviews but decided to go anyway. Was very pleased. Food was great (really like the menu changes) and everyone was extremely gracious. I give them a lot of credit for making a some bad reviews an opportunity to make a family dinner there a great... We stopped by while on a road trip and picked an off hour. The place was pretty empty and we were seated in a timely fashion. The waiter was real quick with drinks and service until we placed our order then was rarley seen. The quality was just like all the other Chili's, not great, but not bad. It is... More

My son works in Tilton and I happened to be in the area. We met at Chili's for dinner after he got out of work. We were not greeted immediately when we came in and the restaurant was not busy. When we were greeted we were taken to our table near some noisy teenagers. When seating guest the hostess should... More

Since this Chili's is located on an out parcel for a relatively new shopping center with Kohl's and Lowe's, which are very busy, I would have thought that this place would have it down pat, but the experience was terrible. The place was nearly empty but the staff had the music turned up so loud we had to ask that... More

Service was professional and polite Food was tasty and not too unreasonably priced. (Although, the French fries served with the ribs were cold and the 6 ounce steak was almost tiny - it looked like a small, thin hamburger patty.) Now the deciding factors… Our overall enjoyment of the restaurant experience was badly compromised by 2 very basic and important... More

I've always liked the food here. This year, we had a bartender that was in training. The minute we walked in, he made us feel like we lived there. The food and service was great. Because the bartender was in training, he was not allowed to accept tips. He was great even though he technically wasn't being Paid!

We chose from the "two meals for $20" menu with me having a pepperoni pizza and my companion having chicken fajitas. My pizza was ok and my companion thought that her fajiultas were absolutely great. The restaurant was not too busy so we were served promptly by a cheerful and efficient waitress. Although I had eaten in Chili's Grills and Bars... More

Food is Alright, We both had Salads. Can't Believe they charge $3.50 for Chips and Salsa! Our Waitress was just plain Horrible, could get our order right. We ordered for our daughter before hand. Her Mac N Cheese came out rather quick, but our salads took over an Hour. Crazy

I used to go to this Chili's on a regular basis when I was in town for business (that would be about five or six times a year). Now, I only go there about once or twice a year when I'm in the area visiting family. Sadly, what used to be a very good restaurant has turned into a restaurant... More

As others note, typical restaurant and menu. Our waitress, Devon, is the winning reason to visit. She was very personable, attentive, and knew when to be available without being overbearing. She was extremely friendly to all her tables, and took a great deal of additional time at the end of our visit (and everyone elses) to inflict her great personality.... More
