We were told of Polly's Pancake Parlour at a Tourist Information site over 100 miles south of Sugar Hill, and told to make sure we visited while staying in nearby Lincoln NH. We visited and despite having to wait an hour for a table, we were delighted we did! We took the time to visit quaint Sugar Hill village and... More

I been going to Polly's for 25 + years that my family has vacationed in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. No trip north is complete without a pilgrimage to Polly's. The varieties of pancake batters and choice of add-in means your tastebuds can enjoy a flavor tour without ever leaving your seat. I look forward to 2015 when they... More

This landmark serves signature pancakes with a variety of batters mixed with a number of fillings topped, of course, with real maple syrup. In front is a stunning view of Lafayette and Cannon mountains.

Heard so many great things about Polly's, had to check out for myself, and didn't disappoint at all. They were VERY BUSY and sat us with others which was ok, but turned out be a wonderful experience as we sat with a local couple who had great suggestion for our stay. They are now closed as they are building a... More

What a great breakfast place. Polly's has been around since forever. We visited on the last day of the 2014 season. They are closing until next Spring and will return totally rebuilt and enlarged. Off the beaten path in Sugar Hill NH. The pancakes are the best!!!! So many choices, Have to do the sampler.... Cannot wait to return and... More

Incredibly busy place with cars on the parking lot bearing license plates from CA, PA, VA, IL, IN, MA, VT, well you get the idea. Folks departing, assured us it was worth the wait and we were not disappointed. Infinite variety of pancakes are served in two rounds, so they are always warm for the patron. My buckwheat cakes with... More

After visiting the nearby must-see Robert Frost Place - and being told about PPP there - we decided to try it. Unique place with great food and service. All pancakes sampled (buckwheat blueberry/whole wheat pumpkin walnut, and potato) were WAY above average. Very tasty with great texture. It may be a bit more expensive than your normal (bland) pancake house,... More

We have visited Polly's before and were never disappointed. This New Hampshire treasure is located a little off the beaten track, but not far enough that you should miss it. Polly's name says it all. It's all about the pancakes and the variety of choices. There are so many possibilities and combinations that you have to go there and sample... More

we visited here recently whilst staying in the area. the pancakes were amazing - freshly made to order, lots of choices for fillings and type of flour. Tasted fantastic and as always in the USA, portions were enormous. Really nice staff and a good shop and bakery attached.Great views of the countryside and mountains too. I believe the building is...
