Call ahead if you're coming Monday-Friday...we didn't know that, and were warned upon arrival that couples often have to share a table, and the wait would be 39-40 minutes. Hmmmm. Not a great start. Eventually we were seated at our own table. Our server Shannon was friendly, offering pancake recommendations when asked by my husband. The bacon and sausage were... More

We were there on a weekday at lunch time, so we avoided the weekend crowds. Our server was fantastic--she was patient with our big group and attentive to the needs of our kids. The pancakes were all amazing, and the bacon maple biscuits were one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. Looking forward to seeing the renovation next year.

Polly's has been around for many years and this visit was as wonderful as ever. The rustic, family owned restaurant and bakery has a huge following with good reason. They serve a variety of unusual pancakes such as buckwheat, oatmeal, whole wheat, cornmeal and plain along with the usual fare of sausage and bacon. You can also add walnuts, blueberries... More

There is a lot to do in the New Hampshire White Mountains. Recently I had the good fortune to be introduced to Polly's Pancake Parlor. 70+ years old - absolutely worth a breakfast or lunch stop! We are going to make it a ritual for all our trips to this area.

We happened to drive by on our way back from Bethlehem to NJ. My wife likes buckwheat pancakes but I just had eggs and hash. Great old place that has been a fixture here since the 30's. Eat here!

Yummy eats, fantastic views - been an annual pilgrimage since I was a baby! Yes the pancakes are small but what wouldn't I give to savor a plate of them right now with maple spread, syrup and sugar... Mmmm

I grew up here and always heard about Polly's and had driven by it countless times, well enough is enough! We came, we ate, we smiled and decided that we need to come again. Great selection of pancakes.

My husband and I go to Polly's quite often before we hike. It's the perfect meal with just enough food. The pancakes are delicious and there is always something different to try. Coconut pancakes are delicious! There is a cat that roams the property and we have seen that he/she is quite the hunter. A bonus is the views from... More

The pancakes here are exceptionally unique and good. They have many choices of unusual flavors (cornmeal coconut was surprisingly the best of mine) you can mix and match and all were prepared excellently well. The service is strong. The seating is a bit crowded but what you would expect from a unique place offering very good food. Polly's was labeled... More

Just before leaving for the White Mountains, I ran into a friend who declared Polly's a "don't miss" stop. She advised the prices are higher than our local breakfast places but declared it worth the price for the atmosphere and quality food. She was right. We were glad we visited. We called ahead and were advised to arrive in 90... More
