Still the BEST anywhere!!!

Whole, delicious, GREAT food!! The staff are phenomenal as well! I can't say enough great things about how delicious Polly's food is. The pancakes are honestly the best I've ever had! The meat isn't gamey at all, and I find that a lot in other restaurants. When you sit down they put a tray of real... read more

Nice and quick staff - funny thing they all had different knee high socks on in every kind of colour. Funny touch. It's a great place to try. We where lucky to get a table right away. Great pancakes. Sandwiches where not bad but not the best that I have tried.

I had read a review on trip advisor that said to call ahead to avoid long lines. So, 'bout an hour out, I asked my wife to call... and a small debate began. Finally, she agreed to call... and in the end, she thanked me for persevering. We still had to wait 20 minutes... far better than the 90 minute... More

Like the title says, so many choices for pancakes. You have to experience the pancakes. We ordered a different assortment and they were all good. Our server was more than happy to give recommendations which we took. Call in advance a make a reservation. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for a table.

While the lines can be terribly long, you can call about an hour ahead on weekdays to put your name on the list. Definitely worth the wait for a delicious breakfast.

On vacation, my husband and I again visited Polly's Pancake Parlor as we had a few years ago. It was as good as we remembered. The smiling and excellent service just added to the positive feeling we have about this place. We will always make this a must-do when in the area.

I was staying with a friend in Vermont and she said we were going to Polly's Pancakes for brunch. OK, I can eat pancakes anytime. They have lots of things on the menu but you have to get the pancakes. I had the sampler. It comes with 2 each of 3 different kinds of pancakes and fillings. Even though it... More

Finally got a chance to go to Polly's .... did not know you could call ahead for a table at a certain time, but we did this time and got there and was seated immediately... great system for such a busy place. It's renovated and delicious. Had the Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes - so good and they had a bit of... More

Looking for a nice breakfast with a nice view of the mountains? Clean, great service, diverse menu. Known for their pancakes which are small, but you can order extras for $1.29 ea if you ask. We ordered a combo with eggs, bacon, and pancakes so we had enough leftover for the next morning to have egg sandwiches. REAL Maple syrup... More

was hiking in the White Mountains and ate there all three mornings. First day tried the sampler of different pancakes with or without the mix-ins, loved the cornmeal and had a cornmeal waffle day two and cornmeal pancakes day three. Son tried different pancakes each day, lots of blueberry in the blueberry pancakes. Great coffee, we had eggs and sausage... More
