Get the Lobster Roll, Forget the Fried Lobster

Our party ordered a fisherman's platter with fried lobster and a lobster roll. The fisherman's platter was great overall, but the fried lobster definitely wasn't worth the upcharge. The lobster roll was plentiful. Beware it's cash only, but an ATM is on site. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest.

Lobster cooked to order sweet amazing Steamers over cooked chewy and tasteless Steamers are the best, if this is your first time eating a steamer try them somewhere else you you will be disappointed if you try them here

A great place for a special occasion, or just a quick, delicious fried seafood fix--not to mention the Lobster &Steamers! Always a great choice! Order the Onion Rings with whatever you get! There is a long line sometimes though. In that case I head over to the Round Rock Rest, right down the street at 12 Ocean Blvd. Enjoy!!! :-)

Love this place! Ok, it's not a fabulous 5 star fancy restaurant, it's a really good seafood place that always hits the target. We got lobster rolls, fries, onion rings and a couple of beers. We go to the hampton beach area every year or two, and make a point to go to Markey's. One thing....there is no AC so... More

First time eating at Markey's and I absolutely loved it. Clam chowder, steamers, lobster, fried scallops, french fries and onion rings. Yummy! The lobster was the best I have had in a very long time. When we were there they had a special on twin lobsters. I will be back.

We enjoyed a get together for seafood. We have been going since I was a young adult to Markey's. It remains wonderful. Long picnic benches, indoor or outdoor eating. No wait service , order and number is called. They have steamers, lobsters, fried seafood, best onion rings anywhere. Beer, wine or sodas. Very casual and laid back atmosphere. Easy picking... More

Great seafood and reasonable prices and reasonably quick service. Parking is a challenge though, but worth the effort. A plus is a great ice cream place adjacent to this property makes for a great dessert (if you have room). In our opinion this place has BETTER food that the next door competition.

Tryed it for the first and last time:( Its was quite the disappointment not only over priced but the young lady calling the completed orders was totally RUDE. The order was wrong when I went to pick it up and she was trying to give my order to someone else. So by the time the corrected order was ready the... More

Ordering was a nightmare and the young lady was very rude and short with answers. My wife doesn't eat seafood so she got the chicken sandwich, Tyson makes a better frozen chicken patty, sad. The kids ordered shrimp and clamp strips, shrimp was ok and the clam strips were cold and their breading has no flavor. I ordered the lobsters... More

Husband, granddaughter and I stopped for a late lunch after trip to Salisbury Beach State park. Husband had fish sandwich. Fish was a good size, but fell apart trying to eat it. I ordered large clam chowder. It was barely warm, returned it,2nd was a little better, but after only 3 spoonfuls, gave to my husband to try. Few hours later both husband... More
