We stop at Markey's Lobster POOL either on our way to KPT, ME or on our way back home to Michigan, and they have a delicious lobster roll. They pack the bun so full of succulent lobster that you have to eat some of it with a fork! Lobster is dressed with just enough mayo and lettuce. Be aware no... More

Made a drive up there after the Labor Day weekend and Lobsterfest, Enjoyed twin lobsters for just 14.95 and it was excellent- The lobster was cooked to perfection and the crack and split them for you for easy access and eating. If it weren't a 3 hour drive- I would make this trip every week- Well worth it!

My girlfriend and I had fried clams, oysters, lobster, steamers and onion rings for dinner. It was outstanding with the exception of the fried clams. They were just OK. But let's talk about that lobster. They cooked it to perfection. It was succulent and I wished I had ordered another one!!! The onions rings were very, very good and we... More

Enjoyed some delicious steamers, fried seafood, and onion rings. When the lobster was ready, it seemed undercooked. We notified the manager who said it wasn't their fault, it must have been a soft shelled lobster and next time we should ask for a hard shelled lobster. Bad lobster and bad manager response.

Everything about this place is amazing. Not one flaw with anything I have ever eaten here. I look forward to the season just to take the trip up to NH to visit Markey's.

Here's what you gotta overcome to have great lobster and steamers at Markey's: it ain't Maine, there are no lobster pots in sight, you are VERY close to the Seabrook nuclear plant. If you're not up to the challenge, keep on driving north to say, Thurston's Lobster Pound in Bernard, Maine. My wife and I screwed our cholesterol meters to... More

After visiting Brown's Seabrook Lobster Pound back in May 2014, I really wanted to complete the Seabrook seafood restaurant battle by going to Markey's Lobster Pool just to see which one of the 2 places is better. Well I can finally tell you this: Yesterday my mother and I went to Markey's for lunch and it was great experience indeed.... More
