We've probably been here over 50 times since they opened about 25 years ago! My husband and I will always keep coming back... here's why.... EVERYTIME we go, we know we are going to get our favorite meal served with a huge smile. The staff is awesome, just a great group! My favorite Apps are the Eggplant rolotini, Strachella (sp?)... Very Italian restaurant. The décor and seating arrangement is unique. It places you right in Italy with music, pictures and fountains.

My wife and I just returned from our first visit to this nice find well north of Boston's North End. When we arrived I was glad to have made a reservation, it was a Saturday night and was very busy. We split both an appetizer (Roasted peppers)and salad (Caprese) both very good, and had leftovers of each. My wife had... More

Recently went to Trattoria Amalfi for "date night" with my husband. Excellent service, attentive but now over bearing. Started meal with a Samoa Cookie Martini....fabulous. Like drinking a Girl Scout Cookie. Had Scallops fra diavlo, 10 huge scallops cooked to perfection. Fra Diavlo sauce was amazing, huge portion of pasta. Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo was enormous and delicious. Had leftovers... More

Had dinner here with friends last weekend, and it was fantastic. We had dinner here before with same friends, and they hinted that they wanted to go back, so we did. We made resevations and arrived a few minutes early. We were seated right away at a comfortable table. The searver came right over, introduced herself, and took our drink... More

We have been going to this wonderful restaurant since they opened. Their Veal is the best in the area. Chef Ramsey should send his chefs to this restaurant to learn to cook Scollops. Very friendly staff. There are private booths and the murals in their other booths are lovely. You feel like you are in Italy.

We had a scheduled dinner here. All week, and in fact prior to that, my colleagues had told me about how great this place was. I kept thinking, "Yeah, right, we'll see." When we arrived (we missed it first time because I was expecting a standalone building, not something set back from the street on a perpendicular strip mall), I... More

Delicious, tasty and cozy. The portions are a bit generous, but the food is so delicious that you will finish the plate. I had a veal dish with mushrooms and it was exquiste. Their coffees and desserts are also good, especially their Tiramisu and Capuccino. Great place for a family dinner and the prices are good.
