Very different menu good beer

This very small, off the beaten tract brew pub. They send their own brew and one guest brew. Love the porter and the alligator jambalaya. They also serve lamb sliders, duck pastami and many other interesting items, both food and beer. A must try if you like craft beer and good food.

Fun atmosphere! Peek through the window for the brewery tour. Great staff with lots of knowledge of beer. Great music and good beer.

This place is not on the beaten track, and not all that visible even when you know where you're going, so pay attention. It's on the side of a cinder block building, down the driveway, near the gas meters and the dumpster. In fact, it looks from the street like it's a loading dock. Once you get there, you can't... Managed to hear about these guys through a tasting at our hotel. We were glad we did, because the brewery is a great place to grab a pint and chill. The beers we had were all really quirky and unique but were still easy to drink. Definitely worth checking out if you find yourself in Portsmouth.

This is one of the most wonderfully quirky places we have stumbled upon in a while. The craft beers alone are an incredible treat - making medieval brewing recipes accessible in a non-intimidating way. Definitely get a flight to try all the constantly changing selections before committing to a half or full pour. The gruits are unique, and really special.... More

I can't say enough about this place in terms of the beer quality and the service. The bartender, Sarah, was very informative and not in a beer snob sort of way! We had a great conversation with her. The beer was amazing (we tried the IPA and a few others), also love that they offer 1/2 pints so you can... More

One of the best craft breweries we've ever been to. If you appreciate good craft beer don't miss this one! Tough to find -down a small alley- but worth it

The bartender was very well versed in her knowledge of the beers she was pouring-plus she had a good sense of humor. The brewers are making some really unique styles of beer here-try a flight to get a sample. Food looked good and lots of folks were ordering-we'd already eaten. Quirky place, but loved it.

Tried some really unique and tasty beers at this tiny brew pub. You can't find them anywhere else and I preferred them to all other NH made offerings. A must see for the beer loving traveler.

Great place. Interesting beers. I love beer and they had a few styles that although I did not like too much were very interesting. The IPA was great and the atmosphere was so fun. This is the place for people that really appreciate a true craft beer. If you are looking for Bud don't bother. Sara the bartender did a... More
