Best Breakfast spot in town

You may have a wait but it is well worth it. The omelets are delish but the pancakes and french toast are were it is at! The cinnamon toast is divine!

Heading home from a barn wedding in Maine this morning, we needed a break from the scarrified, storm soaked Interstate 95. Had not had breakfast yet so headed into Portsmouth. Did a little Google and found Colby's! It is Father's Dad and did not take that into account so after a 45 min wait under umbrella in the pouring rain... More

We ate lunch at this restaurant and thought it was good but not great. Maybe it depends on what one orders. My husband's Reuben was delicious while my turkey sandwich was okay. We also ordered the chipotle sweet potato soup which was good but spicy hot so did not finish it. Maybe I'll try the breakfast next time.

We ate breakfast here on June 4 and it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! I had a delicious omlette with home fries. Our waitress was beyond charming and the service was fast fast fast! She was very sensitive to my mother's gluten intolerance as well- offering her options for that. Great decor and lively colors.... More

This appears to be the only choice for breakfast in Plymouth. A little wait at a small venue, but well worth it. I was interested in the 18" blueberry pancake, but wasn't feeling up to the challenge. I did try the French Toast that was absolutely first class. I highly recommend!

Worth the wait outside. Better if they had chairs outside however the weather was nice and service great. Love how they support local artists by showcasing their work in the dining room. Food was fresh and the place was quaint. Fits right in with the neighborhood. A++

Had the benedict special with asparagus, tomato, bacon. It was delicious, and the breakfast potatoes were literally the best I've ever eaten. My son had the pancake special...banana, chocolate chips, coconut. Also amazing! We will definitely be back. Also had a very kind server. It was truly excellent service!

This is the second time we've eaten breakfast here. It is sooo good. There was a huge crowd when we went (it was mother's day) and we waited about 45 mins, but it was so worth it. The pancakes are HUGE, they are the size of a large plate. My guy couldn't even finish his blueberry pancakes, and he eats... More

My husband and I are staying in Portsmouth and consulted Trip Advisor for somewhere to have breakfast. After reading a few reviews decided to try it. So glad we did and thankful for the Trip Advisor community! We both had omelettes. I had the special with brussel sprouts, bacon, onions and cheese. Amazing! Great selection of breads to choose from... More
