Funny concept

We went there for a late brunch - around 14h30. We were the only one. The restaurant is inside a library. It means that there are books all over and while waiting for the food you can get a book. Led Zeppelin for me, Harry Potter for older kid. There was no kids menu but it was not a problem... read more

We had a late night dessert and drinks at The Library. The place was gorgeous and it was one if the best desserts I ever had. The bartender, Emily, was so great too! She gave us a great breakfast spot and she took some pics of my husband and me to remember the trip by. It was just a one... More

It's a steak place but we had seafood and were not disappointed. Baked stuffed haddock with lobster - and lots of it. Swordfish was delicious. Drinks were reasonable. Setting was very nice.

Didn't eat here, but the bar and bar tenders were on their game. Classic feel of yesteryear, this is a great spot to unwind with a great cocktail and breathe.

Had a dinner reservation for 7pm. We got there around 645 and the hostess ignored us and then asked us if we were lost or needed something. Yes, we are a young couple in our late 20s but we were dressed appropriately, had reservations, and were immediately insulted and put off by the snooty behavior. On top of that, the... More

We hosted a bridal shower for our good friend at The Library. The wedding is Harry Potter themed, and we felt that the venue would perfectly match our theme. This restaurant did not disappoint. The bookshelves with their dusty inhabitants lining the walls made us feel at home. The servers were extremely helpful and I ate perhaps one of the... More

The place is cosy and nice to sit . We both had a very good steak served after 50 minutes. The handcut french fries were baked potatoes cut in pieces and half burned. The pepper sauce was a white sauce in which they dropped a few pepper grains and totaly tasteless. However the steak was baked to perfection.

A formal dinning restaurant, the steaks on offer can't be gone past. From when you enter, the restaurant speaks of old New Hampshire, the bar area is warm and cozy, and the main dining room (set as library) is inviting. We were welcomed by the owners, who are in residence in the bar that night. Food portions are large and... More

Don't go here! We were considering have our wedding reception at this place and from the get go the staff could care less! The meal was super heavy and greasy and almost choked my fiancé when they left a giant piece of plastic in one of the side dishes. Gross and disgusting! We'll never be back again!

The Library has the feel of a more formal restaurant. The food and service are great . We had the 8oz filet Au Poivre and the Chicken Oscar and they were both very good.
