This is a great local spot - when the weather gets better or on the weekends it is super crowded. The food is really very good but it ain't cheap either. The wait staff are great and food comes quickly

Crazy wait times and hurried service - it's simply unmatched. Their omelet's are amazing. Prices are reasonable and the staff is unbelievably friendly.

So we wanted to try a different breakfast place and saw the Golden Egg was rated well. It is out of town but is a local place with good food. Lots of egg dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was very familiar and open. Worth the trip.

My husband and I recently spent the weekend near Portsmouth. We were looking for a place to eat breakfast. We had passed this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were very happy we did! We got seated right away. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. The prices were average. Would go back!
