I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience! The pizza is great downstairs and they have a great micro-brew selection on tap. I have only eaten upstairs once but the food is good and fairly priced. My favorite part of this restaurant is the deck which is the best nightlife in town with live music... more
Looks good from the outside but the food is mediocre at best. Service could be improved as well. Offers outside dining and music in the summer. I've only eaten on the ground floor inside. There are many other far better choices for moderately priced meals in Portsmouth. more
Gaslight has great potential, and comes nowhere close to fulfilling it. Food is decent, perhaps warranting a 4 on this scale (depending on your taste). Came here while in town for a weekend. At at the first floor American wing. I was told there was a wait and then we were seated 15 min later at a table that was open the whole time. Happens, not a big deal; but things got worse as the food was pretty sub par. We had a bruschetta appetizer... more
Pizza is decent. All you can eat lunch buffet for a pretty good price on Thursdays. more

The food was great and very reasonable. We had pasta, salad and garlic bread...the best!Then came back to pizza. Everybody is friendly and relaxed. You can just sit back and enjoy. Good beer and cozy atmosphere. What more can you ask! Enjoyed. more
