We started with chips with salsa, queso blanca, and guac, all of which were delicious. They had a great drink menu, and we went for Margaritas & the Sangria Swirl Martini. Many of the menu items were unusual, including sweet potato enchiladas, lobster quesadillas, and pan seared scallop tacos. Service was excellent, and the view of the Portsmouth waterfront and... We stopped in here on a Saturday night for a bite to eat. The deck was packed so we ate inside. Ordered the buffalo chicken nachos and each had a drink. My wine was a generous glass full :). They nachos were amazing. I would recommend them to any nacho lover! While they weren't loaded with toppings... I was expecting... More

We were in town for a cousin's wedding. We had a group of 11 who wanted to eat lunch outside on Saturday - just a short wait at Poco's and they were happy to accommodate us without a reservation. Our waitress was very friendly and we appreciated that she split the bill onto 11 credit cards for us. I was... More

Had dinner at Poco's Bow Street Cantina.... disappointing! If Mexican food is supposed to be their specialty.....avoid! Service and prices where good but don't eat there. Decent patio with some view of the waterfront. Go elsewhere!

Hadn't been to Pocos in a few years so we tried it again on a Tuesday night in July. We sat at the bar and just like a few years ago, the bartender had an attitude problem. Who knows, it could very well have been the same person. He was talking to either a friend or another customer at the... More

Basically it was too hot to traipse through town or stand on the street looking up restaurants, so location came into play. Cute interior, nice view of the water, and a cute outdoor patio are the positives. Mediocre food is the negative. Really pleasant wait staff. You're not going to go hungry, but there are better choices in town.

We were extremely disappointed in this restaurant. The location is great, the Sangria not too bad but not wonderful. The food was below par....flavorless and not what you would expect from a Mexican venue. Too bad because it was highly recommended by a local.

Not impressed I ordered a veggie burrito and when it came out I found beef and chicken mixed in tiny little pieces. They must not have scraped the grill, gross. Everything we got was bland. Even the drinks were bad.

We stopped here for a drink and a quick bite to eat in the outside bar area. The service was prompt and we were able to split one meal which they brought out on two separate plates. The tacos were some of the freshest I have had and we had an amazing view of the water. We would definitely go... More

This place was quite nice and had a nice location. The shrimp tacos had a kick of spicy and sweet and above all the you could taste the freshness of the shrimps ! Only reason I have 3stars was its not very authentic.
