We stopped here for a drink and a quick bite to eat in the outside bar area. The service was prompt and we were able to split one meal which they brought out on two separate plates. The tacos were some of the freshest I have had and we had an amazing view of the water. We would definitely go... More

This place was quite nice and had a nice location. The shrimp tacos had a kick of spicy and sweet and above all the you could taste the freshness of the shrimps ! Only reason I have 3stars was its not very authentic.

We stopped in Portsmouth on our way home today and were pleasantly surprised by this place. It was a beautiful day and they have great outside, covered seating that overlooks the water. Our waitress was excellent- very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. My husband and I both had fajitas and they were able to substitute a gluten-free corn... More

Drinks were OK. Chimichanga was unexpectedly loaded with beans and not much flavor. Beware of tortilla chips - come heavily seasoned with hot pepper. Don't order chips and salsa appetizer unless you really like hot stuff! Overall was pretty pricey for below average Mexican food.

My husband had the lobster quesadilla and I had the lobster and avocado salad. Both were absolutely delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the gorgeous view. There was no wait to sit inside, but were told it would be a 45 minute wait for outside. We held out for the view and only waited for about 30 minutes - totally... More

Nothing special. The food didn't have a lot of flavour and the service was a little slow ,didn't even offer to refill our sodas . We were there at 230pm so the place was pretty much empty but when we walked by later the outdoor seating was full and looked like a better atmosphere . It wasn't a bad place but... More

Food was authentic and fresh. Had to wait quite a while, but it was worth it. Sat outside, can view the water. A bit noisy, not really a "romantic" type place, but good for friends/family dinners. Good choices on menus. Chips were very spicy!! Reasonable prices

Watched Bruins game at the bar. Fun atmosphere. Excellent bartenders who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Food is nothing special but overall enjoyable place. Outdoor seating near waterfront is likely lots of fun in the good weather.

Years ago at Poco's I had my first encounter with coconut shrimp. The place was known at the time as Poco Diablo. Recently we stopped in again on our way back from a mini-vacation. My companion and I were seated at a window table where we did have a limited view of the Portsmouth waterfront. My chair was positioned a... More

One of the worst meals we've ever had in Portsmouth. This place has to be surviving on unknowing tourists. We were there a cold night, mid-week - and we were the only ones in the restaurant during our entire time there. Our waitress also was the bartender that night (first clue), We ordered the snapper tacos and the beef tacos.... More
