Just had a great meal a Radici's in Portsmouth, NH before the 4th of July fireworks. The food, atmosphere, and service were exceptional. It's a perfect place to eat when you visit Portsmouth.

I just had dinner here last week, I thought the prices were a little high for some meals, but there were still some values. I tried the beef, veal and pork meatballs stuffed with cheese and homemade pasta with red sauce, I thought it was very tasty and enjoyed it all. The bread with oil and roasted garlic to start... We stopped in Portsmouth Sunday night while traveling. We live on Cape Cod and eat fish a lot. So, we both said Italian. Noticed Radici on our walk. And liked the menu. Greeted very politely. Had a very good waiter. Thanks Nick. You were exceptional! My lamb shank was fabulous, and my wife's chicken parm was superb. When we come... More

Stopped for dinner on a Wednesday night. Some activity in the bar with only a couple tables with diners, but it was early. The decor is comfortable and the room was not too loud as can be the case with some restaurants. We started with the red sangria. Maybe it was because we have had a few bad efforts at... More

Our meals were good (not great). The service seemed uncertain, not quite sure what to do. Espressos were terrible! When we mentioned this we had to ask to have taken off the bill - waitress did not offer. It seemed like it created a problem for her. Still, atmosphere is nice & I recommend with some reservations.

Looking for a great night out, great service, relaxed atmosphere. Often bring home enough for another meal with their generous servings.

Sunday brunch is a real bargain. Not super gourmet but still really good, more like good comfort food. The Bloody Mary bar is fun too. The atmosphere is casual with a younger crowd.

Place was packed on a recent Sat night. Service was very slow, we waited about 10 or more minutes just for menus and then had long delays between courses. Food was just OK. The highlight was the appetizer (warm roasted veggies) and salad (fig & almond). Both were fresh and well prepared. The halibut served over a giant seafood ravioli... More

Husband and I went for brunch on a snowy Sunday. Awesome build your own bloody mary bar, so fun and such a deal. We each had 3 each because we couldn't get enough. A generous pour of vodka then head over to the area they have set up with tons of veggies and different types of bloody mixes. We had... More
