Ok, honestly, the decor leaves a little to be desired. However, I've had steamed mussels pretty much in every restaurant in Boston, many restaurants in NY, Paris, Brussels, London etc, and Jumping Jay's broth with lemongrass, scallions, Jalepenos and garlic (lots and lots of garlic) is the best I've ever had.
