Four to six varieties appear on the ever-changing "Catch of the Day" menu, complimented by your choice of a gourmet sauce or marinade. The standard menu offers a more traditional flavor, including Maine Crab Cake, Haddock Piccata and the popular Linguine in White Clam Sauce. The atmosphere is casually hip, with no pretense. This is a very popular place so we had made reservations. We ended up coming a couple hours early than what we had booked. They were very nice to take up early. Service was good too but the food was just o.k. Not amazing, not bad, just o.k. I think it's over priced for the tourists.

What a great seafood dinner! The restaurant is "jumping!". It was packed on a Wednesday night and the service was still excellent. Our server, Katie, was as sweet, friendly and helpful as can be. Crab cakes are perfect, and the house special, haddock piccata, was absolutely scrumptious - served with blue beets, great mashed potatoes, and asparagus. And, pan seared... More

Fantastic meal and great service. I've never heard of monkfish before, but I was looking for something local and it was recommended by the waiter. Really, really good.

I appreciate that Friday nite's are busy, but we got here with a reservation at 6pm. We asked our waitress if we "could take our time" and told her we were going to a show at 8pm. I figured the meal would be 1 1/2 hrs (at most). We had a 3 course meal (appetizer, salad, and main course and... More

Dinner last night, with The Mister. Good staff, terrific bartender who knew how to make a Gin Martini. (YAY) Nice menu choices, not all the standard deep-fried stuff. I chose haddock with Broccoli rabe and he ordered sautéed cod - quite good. My only disappointment was getting fresh (but not in season locally) asparagus in place of the broccoli, and... More

I had the tuna tartare which comes with avocado on top, amazing! The waitress couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. They don't open until 5:30pm so this is a dinner only place. While they aren't mandatory, reservations are suggested, particularly on the weekends. I went on a Thursday night and was seated no problem without a reservation, but the... More

Went with friends and had great fun. The fish was delish. Could do better with special requirements. Being gluten free is not an alien concept these days.

We had a wonderful dinner at Jumpin Jay's. The service was excellent and every course of the meal was memorable. Everything from the crusty bread and olives to the mussels and lobster were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively and we never felt rushed. We will be back to enjoy another meal soon.
