Great Breakfast

After a wonderful night of celebrating my birthday, this was a great choice for breakfast. The omelettes are superb. Great diner! Would definitely recommend it.

We live in Portsmouth and occasionally indulge ourselves in a breakfast more decadent than our usual at home cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Portsmouth has several excellent options for breakfast fare, and many are satisfying and enjoyable. I would have a hard time picking an overall favorite. However, for whatever reason we have gravitated back to Roundabout several times. We find... More

We were on our way back to Maine and I had read the reviews about the place so we stopped. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, and my husband had a breakfast meal. When the mac and cheese came it was pasta shells not macaroni with a few small pieces of lobster. The cheese was not melted more like... More

I sincerely apologize for your experience, especially being your first. We pre portion the lobster meat to 3.5 oz and we do use pasta shells for our mac n cheese, a little different then what I'm sure most people are accustomed to. We make our cheese sauce from scratch- sounds like who ever made it did not mix it properly.... More

The decor was a little theme-y and it was odd having tv's everywhere. The food was wonderful! Great comfort food. The BLT was very filling and the fried pickles were a cute touch. I loved the homemade bread! The service was fast and friendly. We will be going back soon.

We visited here while on vacation in Maine. My husband had the brisket omelette and loved it. I had a veggie omelette and it was great too. The coffee is delicious and the server was super nice. We will definitely be back when we visit this area.

We spent the weekend at the Best Western attached to this restaurant so we just had our meals here. We were not disappointed. It is a retro styled diner and quite cute. Some items were a little more expensive, but very good. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The servings were large and you got what you paid for.... More

Quite a lot of food for breakfast! Ordered ham and eggs. Two large slices of fresh cooked ham, two eggs and homefries with two thick slices of rye bread. Great breakfast! Waitresses were very friendly!

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday Night and the place has a really nice retro looking interior. The whole 50s Diner theme is in play here and there were some really cool things to look at. The food is pretty much average for what we ordered. I ordered Fish and Chips and they came out looking like 5... More
