We also use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, like bread baked just for us by When Pigs Fly Bakery, breakfast sausage made for us in Vermont, local cheeses, and more. And we make all our desserts right here at the Roundabout. From scratch!

We were driving from Maine to Boston and stopped in for a late lunch. We were seated in the main dinning area with only one other table occupied. After sitting for over 5 minutes waiting to be served, with not so much as a hello, my son finally got up to speak to the hostess. After several more minutes our... More

We are happy to hear that our food hit the mark for you however, we are truly sorry for your recent experience with service here at the Roundabout. Our great customer service is typically what stands out most to our guests and it is very disappointing to hear that it was not the case for you. I am looking into... More

We ate at the Roundabout Diner over the 4th of July weekend during a visit to Portsmouth to see the fireworks and we were very happy with the food, the service and atmosphere -worth the trip! Stopped in while waiting for our room to be ready at the Best Western and had great Bloody Mary's with an appetizer of homemade... More

Roundabout is located right off I95 at the New Hampshire / Maine border, easy on & off if you are travelling through. We visited for breakfast (which is served all day) on our way out of Maine on a trip. The décor is automotive chic, and the seating was comfortable & clean. They also offer several Roundabout branded items (cups,... More

If you need a break from the highway, stop at The Roundabout at Exit 5. Friendly staff and great food. They offer an extensive menu. Cute decor too. Please note we did observe a sign prohibiting trailers along a row of parking spaces. (Too bad for us when we're driving through town while towing our camper.)

It's a diner and it's diner food. Everything we tried was fine. It took a while for our food to come out.

My husband and I had breakfast at the Roundabout Diner last weekend. I had Grand Marnier French Toast with Thick sliced When Pigs Fly Bakery Challah bread dipped in our Grand Marnier cinnamon batter. It was so yummy! My husband enjoyed the Breakfast Stop Wrap with cheesy scrambled eggs, honey ham, Vermont maple sausage and bacon wrapped in a warm... More

The bread from When Pigs Fly Bakery is out of this world. Ate breakfast only and there was an extensive variety of items on the menu.

We enjoyed our breakfast very much and the service was very good. The meal pleased all 6 in our party and that does not always happen.

The owners of the former Muddy River in Portsmouth moved here and set up a diner! I've been here many times, and the overall quality of the food is "very good." Their fruit juice blends-of-the-day are always something I have to try out! I would recommend you avoid the Sunday buffet, however. It was catered by some other company (???)... More
