We made the quick detour to Cava of I 95. Everything was first rate. Some have complained about the prices, but given the quality of food the restaurant was a good value.

This was year three and with a little apprehension, we booked three nights in succession. The manager actually called to see if he had made an error and we assured him that it was correct. So, was it a home run hit? Unequivocally, yes. We were so well treated it was almost embarrassing, not, mind you that we complained. I... More

Liked Cava in past years. This year I found the prices to be very high for the portion sizes, and food not as good as in years past. The pork belly was cut in small chewy pieces - not what I expect when I order pork belly. The foie gras was tasty but very tiny portion. The Lamb Chops were... More

Cava tops our list of restaurants that we like to revisit while at the Maine coast. It is rare that I can say excellent to food, wine list, service and ambience!!! The tapas is amazing and the menu while maintaining some of our favourites always has some interesting changes. The only unfortunate part is that we can't eat there more... More

I'll repeat: you've got to go here! My wife and I recently had dinner at this tapas restaurant and wine bar and we can't rave enough about the experience. We sat outside in the courtyard with its vertical living wall of greenery, a superb setting. Service was outstanding, from proprietor John who met us on arrival and through all those... More

We try to dine here at least a few times a year and after several years of doing so, Cava still reigns supreme of the restaurants in NH. We visited last weekend and enjoyed their wonderful, ever-changing tasting menu. The multi-course tasting menu will delight and challenge your palate. The depth of flavors Chef Sessler and his team bring out... More

Loved the varied menu and unique tastes at this tapas restaurant. Everything we tried was excellent, including the paella, stuffed dates, Spanish-style bruschetta, churros, and chocolate mousse dessert. The outside dining area was also very pleasant. Will definitely return!

We loved this place! The outdoor patio is so cozy and fun. The tapas as elegant and flavorful. They just keep bringing out these delicious tapas which as you know are small portions. This worked for us as we had a chance to try many different things. Each was better than the one before. The wine selection was on the... More
