Sunday Lunch

We stopped at the Six Burner Bistro last Sunday. We were greeted by the staff when we walked in. We ordered at the counter and then sat down for our order to be delivered to us. this bistro is on Main Street in Plymouth NH, a university town 150!plus miles north of Boston. The White. Ou gains are in front of you to the north and the lakes region to the South. Both the dining room and the pub area are comfortable. Food is imaginative but never so exotic as not to please. Always had a... More

After driving by Six Burner Bistro hundreds of times I finally went in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They have a nice, seasonal menu and a warm atmosphere. We shared a side order of mac and cheese and french fries with the table and I have to say they were both great!

Great food, friendly service. Our meal exceeded our expectations. A salad and two delicious appetizers would have been enough. We ordered one entree that wasn't great, and was more than we needed to eat. It's a delightful restaurant!

Ate here on a very rainy Fourth of July, but were warmed by the experience, though it was not our first time. They identified the farms from where produce was obtained. Baby kale salad was out of this world. It made us really appreciate the finer taste of kale.

Nice restaurant for the food but it is not quiet in there. Old farmhouse turned into a restaurant, so it's very nice looking but it's like thanksgiving at your grandparent's house: everyone's talking so you can't hear yourself think. Food was pretty good though.

Great food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices. Rooms in this old Victorian home have been decorated to create a comfortable, homey atmosphere. The menu offers fresh, locally grown produce prepared with a flair for healthy but delicious.

Very tasty meal and they really cater to you. I had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and it was delicious! The best restaurant mac and cheese I have ever had. If we lived in the area this would totally be our Thursday night date night spot. Only downside is that they aren't really kid friendly. And by that I... More

This is a very solid restuarant, and not overly priced. The restaurant has charm, with a few separate rooms. We did not have reservations, and were told it could be a half hour wait. We went to the bar for a drink. The bar is small but nice, with a few tables in it. We received our drink, and our... More

This is the best restaurant in Plymouth, Nh! As a student at PSU, I would come up with any excuse possible to go here. Whether it be grabbing soup and a sandwich for lunch or celebrating with a nice dinner after a recital. This place never disappoints!
