The bad experience began with the slightly moldy smell in the downstairs area. Then the waitress spilled the cocktails on the table. Three of the four orders with our party had some type of error in order. The steak tasted gamey, as if it had been left lying about before cooking. The chicken was covered in a syrupy sweet sauce... Not your typical restaurant or bar, it is set in an old time mill building, that has been transformed into a work of art, offering a complete Hotel with Spa, and Foster's Boiler Room Restaurant and Bar. The food is amazing, a little pricy, but worth every penny. Offers a very wide range of wines from all over the world.... More

My wife and I ordered the duck and chicken sandwiches and my daughter had the boiler burger – all of it was amazing! My daughter said it was the best burger she's ever had in her life! The prices were excellent and the atmosphere and waiter were as well.

For a long time this was our go to spot for date night-though I must admit it's partly because it's the only place in Plymouth that is open reasonably late. That being said, Foster's is a favorite of ours. The menu changes seasonally and the food and drinks are always good. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's cozy in the winter... More

Wow. This was fantastic and right inside the hotel. The lobster mac and cheese was the best. The staff were fantastic and the price was a surprising value.

I wish I could think of some better words than "great" and "excellent", but those are all that come to mind for the dining experience we had at Foster's Boiler Room. It is a unique setting, that in some parts is very spacious and in other parts not so much. It depends on which level you are seated, and I... More

My sister and I stopped here between shopping in Plymouth. We sat downstairs near the fireplace. Our drinks were served prompty. My desk clerk had given me a coupon for a free appetizer. We found out it was for the house appetizer only and thought we'd probably get cheese, crackers & maybe fruit. WRONG!!!! It was different styles of pizza... More

The food was pretty good here. Not the best I have ever eaten but certainly not the worst. It is a bit on the expensive side, however, for what you get to eat. We were staying at the Inn so decided to eat here instead of leaving the property. The staff was very friendly and our waiter was very attentive.... More

This is a great bar/restaurant, part of the Common Man family of restaurants. Nice menu with wide variety. Unique atmosphere. Great place to wind down after a day of skiing.

Great food with decent prices. The cheese and crackers when you walk in are my favorite! Ask to sit below and there is a nice fireplace or sit up on the top floor and there's a spot with couches and a pool table.
