good eats

My favorite sandwich here is the turkey bomb, along with a cup of chowda.Nice people. This place is located right down the street from Moose alley. Stay alert for the moose crossing the road.

If you like pizza you will NOT be dissappointed. Your teeth sink into the delicous cheese and the crust is warm, soft, and so tasty!

Great place we rode into on snowmobiles. Food was excellent, staff was great, and it was packed! Will go again without a doubt!

Had a major issue with the cleanliness of the rooms and lack of internet access but the bar and food is excellent. Will never sleep there again. Bed sheets and blankets are kinda scary looking.

Never a trip goes by that we miss the Buck Rub. Great atmosphere and good food. The staff is always friendly and I highly recommend the steak tips and clam chowder! Can't beat the location right on the trails.

Back in the summer, I had a food poisoning episode following a visit to the Buck Rub. I had contacted them right afterward, but didn't get a reply at the time. Just recently, I got a nice handwritten note from the owner, refunding our meal and apologizing for the delay in responding. My email had apparently gotten lost in her... More

Had burger once for lunch and BLT the other time. Both were reasonable in price and they had home cut fries. This is bar food pure and simple. Wouldn't compare this to some of the other places to eat in Pittsburg (see my other reviews), but for a quick lunch bite it was fine. Prices were very reasonable although the... More
