Good Take-out Pizza

If you want Pizza in Pittsburg this is about the only place to get it. Pizza was good. Lots of other menu choices. Tends to get busy at night. Has been here a long time. Good choice for a quick meal. Not fast food.

What can I say, I LOVE THIS PLACE.. Oh there is nothing like coming to this cool place, hunkering down with a drink and good, no wait, great food on a cold snowy night. We come here after long hard days of snowmobiling. We talk of this place during the summer when we are not snow mobiling. ha ha ha... More

This was the only place nearby that was open for dinner on the first weekend of December. The first night I got the steak tips, served with a salad and mashed potatoes. The lettuce was very fresh, the portion of steak tips and potatoes was huge. I brought home leftovers and had steak with eggs for the next 2 mornings.... More

We have gone up to Pittsburg for a number of years. In the old day the Buck Rub Pub was a dive serving only greasy fast food. Over the last few years they have greatly expanded their menu and now provide a wide variety of good food. My rating of very good is based on its remote location. If it... More

We ate here on what turns out was the first day of deer hunting season (alas, most peeps report that the deer were not cooperating). The place was packed with folks in camouflage shortly after we seated ourselves. It was like I was seated in the forest! The service was good, the food was tasty and there were ample portions.... Great homemade marinara and meatballs which you wouldn’t expect from a bar. Also homemade pizza crust! Good place to watch a game although no volume but that might be b/c the Patriots weren’t playing. Extensive beer list. Also saw signs that snowmobile trails lead right up to the restaurant so a good place for a pit stop!

Nice selection of food in charming log cabin environment. I had a double cheeseburger that was delicious. This is a good place to stop by and eat.

This was our 2nd year eating here. Never disappointed. Burgers were yummy. Beers on tap. Very reasonably priced.

We ate here twice during our stay in Pittsburgh, NH. The pub has a really nice, unique rustic feel. There are many options on the menu and everything we ordered (pizza, nachos, cheeseburger, club sandwich) was good. We had the same waitress both nights and she remembered our drink order from our first visit. We told her that we were... More
