My partner and I eat at China Chef regularly, the food is always good and the service is outstanding. You always get a good amount of food at a very reasonable price too. We are locals and have gone to the China Chef many many times for many years. We ate here on a Wednesday night (December 3rd, 2008), so the restaurant was rather quiet (only one other table besides us), but we weren't sure why, because the food and service were excellent!
