Jonathon's was surprising in many ways. Having traveled to this area for the past 23 years we have found most restaurants to be a fair value. What a surprise to see a check that was well what can we say over-priced is the word. When given a check that worked out to be appox $42.00 per plate. You do the math.

We were delighted to find Jonathon's in Conway. Not much fresh ocean seafood to be found in the White Mountains but Jonathon's must fly it in because our group of 15 was very satisfied all around. I had the Lobster Pie with Scallops and was surprised at the amount of fresh lobster and big sea scallops that I found therein,... More

We had planned to go to the Lobster Trap when we discovered this gem. (Lobster Trap is closed on Tuesdays.) We were all craving some seafood and didn't know if we could wait until the next day. On the outside, we were a little concerned that this place would be a disappointment. Do not judge a book by its cover.... More

A two minute walk from Merrill Farm resort! Great food and fair prices. Tastes like your you must be very close to the ocean. Very pleased we found this place. Kinda hate telling others about it due to it becoming too busy...

By stopping by in advance, we were greeted with table settings for our party of nine. This started off dinner in a good way, and we had a sweet waitress who aimed to please. From lobster, to scallops, to calamari, to clams, to haddock, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Our mixed drinks were excellent. The only negative was that they... More

We were told that this was going to be a great seafood experience but were very disappointed. The entire place smelt very musty..... Food was deep fried with way too much batter leaving the seafood content tasteless. Would never revisit.

We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. My husband is a native New Englander and loves fried clams. The clams here are among the best you can get in northern New England. I have had the lobster roll and fried sea scallops and both are excellent. The husband and wife owners are very friendly and helpful.... More

My partner and I recently spent 3 nights in Conway and ate here for 2 of those nights. Unfortunately it was closed Monday, otherwise it would have been 3 nights in a row. Says it all really Lovely food and lovely staff.
