As locals to the area, we have dined at A Taste of Thai many times over the years and have always found it to be a solid, if unspectacular choice. The last two dinner experiences were not as good. The restaurant seems understaffed...on one busy night only a waiter and chef/manager (same person) seemed to be present. The end result... More

The food is soooo good here! It is fresh! You MUST have tai iced tea. So sweet and yummy. The customer service is great!! We are always baffled about why there isn't a line out the door.

Good portion of Pad Thai for lunch with fried spring roll & crab Rangoon; all very tasty. Had the massaman curry the previous evening; rich & tasty with just the right amount of spice. If you like fresh spring rolls, try them here; very good and huge!

Service: - very poor, barely came to the table and then only briefly. Told us a couple of times how busy he was now that the summer season had arrived. Food: - it was ok. I suspect low quality ingredients and inexperienced prep as it was largely tasteless. We ordered pad Thai, Yellow curry with chicken and house fried rice.... More

Nice simple place in Seavay Road, 60m from the Kearsarge Inn. Really packed on the Sunday before Memorial Day and very relaxed on the day after. Green chicken curry and duck wth peanuts were excellent. Tried sone Thai places and this one is above average.

My wife and I love Thai food. The Taste of Thai is some of the best we every had. Large portions, great prices and timely service. What else could you ask for?

We are from the Boston area and frequently eat Thai food at many Restaurants. We were very pleasantly surprised at this restaurant and would definitely return. Dishes we ordered included Tom Yum soup, Thai Beef Salad, Spicy Fried Rice & House Pad Thai, all of which were extremely good. We definitely recommend it.

Not the best Thai food we've had, it was just okay. We liked the Thai Nakon Ping better but it was closed when we are at North Conway so we tried this place. House Fried Rice was good, Pad Thai was a bit salty for our taste but good flavor.

A taste of Thai is good Thai food on a side street off the center of North Conway. Pad Thai is good and reasonable price for area. One problem we had with the menu was that they can not tone down the spice on any dish if you ask, they say that is the way it is which is too... More
