The food well its ok not as good as the Quality you can get else where but heck for a pitcher of Margarita its worth the stop. The salsa tastes like store bought and well I know of a mexican place in Lebanon who hands down is far better in cost and quality. Chef Ervine they need your help.

My wife and I are both fans of mexican food, any take any opportunity to eat it. This is a good little mexican restaurant out of the way on a local grass airport. Food was well cooked, great flavour, not spicy at all, but very tasty. The deep fried dill pickles were unusual and really good. My Carne Asada was... More

Good Mexican food in a nice country setting next to Parlin Field - Newport Airport. Great margueritas and very good service!!! Indoor seating as well as outdoor seating--tables or around the fire pit! Tented area for larger gathering available.

I know this is a Mexican restaurant in Newport, NH but I think there is more to Mexican food then opening a jar. The salsa was obviously from a jar and bland. The guacamole was boring- no cilantro or lime- my kids didn't even like it. My husband and I ordered the special of Mahi tacos- which were nice but... More

Lil Red Baron is our favorite restaurant in the Sunapee/Newport area! We love sitting outside on their patio. Last night they had a great band playing! They also have a firepit with a roaring fire. The chips & salsa are terrific, and fajitas are great and the service is friendly. Can't beat it!

Went there last night with Friends for dinner, and while I've bee there before, I don't know why I'm not there more often. We started with chips and salsa, a pitcher of Margaritas, and a somewhat confusing menu (meaning I'm not all that familiar with Mexican Cuisine). We ended up ordering Chicken wings, fish and chips, A Bandalaro Burger, and... More

Good Mexican food, good margaritas, good service. Considering this is NH, not exactly a hotbed of things Mexican, it's quite good. I've eaten here many times. It's located on Parlin Airport, so you can also see planes, or if you're a pilot, it's a great flying destination. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It's usually quite busy, a testament to... Pleasant atmosphere; great margaritas; good food; large portions; nice fire pit outside. A nice evening out. Reminds me a little of Cancun

The menu at Lil' Red Baron is extensive and I never know what I'm going to have because they also have great specials. There is outdoor seating in the summer and they often have bands. Without the outdoor seating, space is pretty limited. But it's certainly worth the wait if you like Mexican food.

We had read about Lil' Red Baron a few years ago but since it's a drive for us had been hesitant about going. Friends invited us for lunch (served Friday-Sunday) and we had a great time. Our server, Shannon, was attentive without being intrusive. I had the chicken enchiladas with verde (green) sauce. A little spicy and very tasty. Served... More
