This is a nice restaurant with gorgeous views. Comprehensive menu. They make their own beer with other options available, but we liked what they make. Everyone was satisfied. I had a pot roast with tasty sauce thought the beef was still a bit tough. A nice experience.

We stayed near by at an old Inn and were told about the restaurant being the only "green" eatery in the state of NH. The building is newer, modern, and everything was very clean. It is a brew pub with many types of beers to choose from. The food is typical and there was a lot to choose from. The... More

We truly loved this restaurant. It was like an oasis in the desert. The beer is brewed on the premises and they grow the hops on site. Try the nachos they were delicious!

Was so glad to find this gem again! Had lunch here and it was amazing! We had the lobster special sandwich on a grilled roll and the salt and vinegar homecut fries! Most people around us were having the burgers, so they must be great, too. They have a good selection of draft beers including their own and a nice... More

We met friends at the Flying Goose; they are frequent diners, and it was our first time. I'm not a beer drinker, but our friends love the Flying Goose because of the variety and quality of the beers. The chalkboard featured quite a variety, from light and lower alcohol to darker/heavier and a higher alcohol content. I stuck to the... More

great local brewery and pub food. Service is always pleasant. Wonderful town of New London is just a 5 minute drive. Prices are very reasonable.

I have yet to have a bad experience dining at the Flying Goose. The good is always good, decent sized portions and a pleasant atmosphere. From wraps to beef tips to nachos, excellent food!!

The lil lady and I were headed to Vermont on our anniversary a few years back and found ourselves getting hungry. Me being the fearless, adventure seeking, navigator I inherently am, said "lets get off at the next exit and stop at the first place that catches our eye." Man, I am a genius; a sexy, humble genius! The restaurant... More

Looking for a fancy place to eat on a Saturday night, we happened upon an ad and learned the Goose was amongst a bunch of restaurants participating in the NH.com "Restaurant Week", thus offering a three course fixed price ($25) menu for the duration of the event. As an appetizer, I selected the Seafood Stuffed Avocado - halved avocado filled... More

The food is good. The hostess who seated us seemed cool rather than welcoming. She seated us in a corner by the entrance even though there were two tables open right by the huge windows with the beautiful view of the water. I got the feeling that those tables were reserved for locals or regulars, so we got the second-tier... More
