Great Beer and Mountain Views

The food was delicious, the homemade craft beer was awesome (try the wildflower honey ale!), the staff was very friendly, and the views of the mountains were absolutely amazing! The only thing that is stopping me from rating excellent is the price, The Flying Goose is worth the money, but it is... read more

The food is OK, service is OK, ambiance is OK... when you're paying $20-25 for each meal, its just not worth it. only time that is good is their beer, but that's about it. Save your time and $$ - go to Peter Christians. Way better quality and you'll never be disappointed there.

My husband I went there with our three kids. Webhad seen it before and it looked nice. The service was, well, service. Everything seemed OK except when we got our meal. It seemed like we waited a little bit long but that would explain why our food seemed well overcooked. My husband got the haddock. Overcooked. My daughter not the... More

We went here for the first time, and we were underimpressed. The staff was fine, but they really needed more people working because it was awfully busy. The food was nothing special, certainly not mindblowing. We likely will not return.

Maybe I'm used to southern hospitality but came here with my three girls and husband to eat dinner - walked into the restaurant and three people were tabling there - never acknowledged us and my husband said hello to alert them to our presence ( we were the only ones waiting ). The food was decent but the waitress was... More

Heard this place was good from my brothers girlfriend. My parents and I were in the area and decided to give it a try. The parking lot was busy for a Sunday at 2PM, which is a good sign. I had the French onion soup with the gorgonzola salad minus the cheese add avocado. They both were delicious! The lettuce... More

Came here for dinner with 10 friends after a long day of skiing. They were easily able to accommodate us all. (We were shocked to learn that they didn't seat after 8pm, even during a busy holiday weekend!) They had a nice assortment of beers, which were brewed in-house. I was impressed with their nachos; one plate of those was... More

We knew that the beer was going to be good but we were really impressed with the quality of the food. Yes, it is pub style food but it is delicious. Warm and friendly service from the young servers make this a place well worth visiting. Good value and definitely recommended.

Was in the area and tried this place out. Good is home-made and yummy. It is a bit pricey but the view of the mountain side was great. I would very much recommend this food and think there is something on the menu for everyone.
