We went because they make Scottish eggs and we were not disappointed! They were delicious! Also had the corned beef and it was lean and tasty. Waitress was fun. We went around 4 so it was quiet with just a few locals. Lots of ambiance.

Authentic UK fare and homemade tartar sauce & ketchup to go with your fish & chips. Add a Magners Cider and you have the perfect pub meal. Great atmosphere too. Some nights have live music as well.

We met an old friend at The Peddler's Daughter for drinks and appetizers. He is local and highly recommended this local pub. The atmosphere was great! Lots of character and loads of conversation starters. The waitress was prompt and checked up on us often. She also made a point of letting us know when her shift was over so we... More

A major watering hole for the younger crowd: live music, plenty of alcohol. Not a lot of reasons to order food unless it's to accompany the alcohol, might explain why it is so salty or because the food is preserved with salt and can be served over several days. I'd like to say the place is a "Beer Mecca" but... More

I've been in here quite a few times for a beer after work but have never really had a meal here. I received a gift certificate as a present, and took my daughter and her boyfriend here for dinner. It was a huge disappointment. We started with the fried pickles and the Scotch egg. Avoid these at all costs! They... More

My wife and I ate here on a date last night August 22nd 2014. We got the fried pickles, aand a sauasage roll for starters. For the main course my wife got traditional fish and chips served in newspaper awesome fries and the fish was near perfect. I got the Irish Cuban corned beef sandwhich with onion rings. The onion... We wandered in for dinner on the strength of the Irish pub concept. We had a couple of tasty local beers and some good burgers. The fries with the homemade ketchup were really good, and the homemade tartar with my daughter's fish and chips was very nice also. Service was very personable, if a bit slow. We enjoyed looking at... More

Stop in for a lovely pint and some Irish stew - Their menu makes me think of Ireland - although there are many others to choose from. Overlooking the river - Nice view - great waitstaff.

Decided to have lunch here as I had to be downtown. Not a big Irish food fan, so I went with the Burger and a beer for $10. It was one of the best burgers I've had in years. The french fries were hand cut, and really nicely done. It was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in... More

I came here with co-workers, all of us in town on business from various parts of the globe. We enjoyed the beers. I had the local brew, Smuttynose while my peers were drinking Guinness. Most ordered burgers which got the thumbs up from up the group. I had the cottage pie (shepherds pie), which was good but not great. I've... More
