Good atmosphere, less the music

Service was quick, food was good (real ketchup!). The only drawback was the live music...we were with two other couples as the band was setting up. Once they started playing their music overtook the entire bar and conversation was impossible, and we left at that point rather than having one or... read more

Nice setting, right on the water. It is probably a great place for a beer and pub food, but breakfast is not their thing. Really my fault, because I didn't realize it was an Irish restaurant/bar when I selected it from my GPS menu. The Bloody Mary's were good. My corned beef hash cake was more cake than corned beef.... I love going to the Peddler's Daughter! The food is good quality, and they usually have some interesting specials that have some "flair." I especially love some of the appetizers, including the Scotch Egg, Irish Nachos (using fresh made potato chips), and the fried pickles. The fish and chips is one of my favorites, and includes a very large portion... More

I've been here several times...I like good, authentic irish food, i.e. bangers and mash, shepherd's pie.....The prices for just these two meals is ridiculous. And they weren't that good. The fish and chips is good, served the English way wrapped in newspaper, but again, way over priced. Had a martini, it sucked. Stick to the beer. Also seems to attract... More

Was there for lunch today. Bartender was horrible. Poor service and she talked too much. I like my space when I eat.

The place had a cool atmosphere with some quirky furniture and is cozy near the fireplace. I had the tater tot app and the fish n' chips. All were your typical good pub food as I expected. Nice place to come hang out with a few friends.

Had the fish and chips and Cuban sandwich. They wrapped the fish and chips which to me ruined the dish. The fish and fries were soggy at that point. I want them crispy so not happy with that. On the other hand, the Cuban sandwich was good.

Awesome drink specials, even during the day. I went on a quiet weekday for lunch with a friend and had a fish sandwich, she got the burger-with-an-egg. When I walked in at noon on a Tuesday, the place was practically empty. The bartenders, however, were friendly and helpful and even funny. And the ketchup! Oh wow, the ketchup. I have... More

Visited The Peddlers Daughter with my girlfriend while visiting from Florida. We went in for drinks and dinner. She had baked haddock dinner and I had meatloaf. The food was good with the exception of her veggies being cold. The service was very good and our glasses were never empty. I gave 4 stars for the cold veggies, otherwise it... More

The sausage in puff pastry is back on the menu! This is a nice pub in a great location in downtown Nashua. The menu has brought back some favorites (please bring the lamb sliders back too). Fun atmosphere too.
