This is a great place for for a light fairly quick lunch. They do soup salad, sandwiches, and wraps. My salad was great and my wife loved her veggie wrap. I don't do desert but it's good to know that their sell cookies for $1 each, which is low for around here. It's all made on the premises and fresh. They... More

Love the wraps! This is a great place to grab a bite to eat for lunch when in the downtown area. I highly recommend it.

Four of us had lunch at Seedlings Café today and it was $50 with tip for a sandwich and a drink each. The wraps were decent sized but not huge and very good. They have a large number of choices and many are unique. I would go back.

We order lunch weekly from various places around town and by far one of the best places we order from. The wraps are by far my favorite but ive heard that the salads are great as well. I do suggest calling ahead as sometimes it does get pretty busy around lunchtime but thats to be expected when the food is... More

Love this place. I do agree with one of the previous reviewers that the new location does feel a little like a hospital cafeteria. It needs some more cafe ambiance. That aside, the new location has WAY MORE parking and is free- no more meters! I am a loyal customer that will return but please, work on the ambiance!

Most important! New address is 30 Temple St Nashua NH. Lunch portion ample. Wraps good because the wrap is toasted and therefore doesn't get soggy. Fruit with most entrees including sandwiches is a real piece of fruit such as an apple or a banana. Enjoyable.

Yesterday I had one of the best lunches I have had in a long time. I had a turkey wrap that was REAL roasted turkey and just stuffed full of everything good. We waited awhile for our lunch, but it was worth it, as everything is so fresh and really homemade. I can't wait to try their soups and salads.... More

Like everything they make. All fresh ingredients; creative combinations. Sandwich wraps with turkey, chicken, beef, vege or tofu bases. Salads with fruits, veges, nuts and homemade soups. You've never tasted anything so good. Quaint restaurant, simple atmosphere.

The best place in Nashua for lunch! They offer superb gourmet selections: sandwiches and home made soups. Each trip is a chance to try something new, and I've always enjoyed meals there.
