Great place to dine casually. The decor is as creative as the menu. Lake camp atmosphere, hearty food, and very friendly staff.

Hit this restaurant one evening after a day of climbing Mount Major and also Monkey Trunks...we were in search of good comfort food and I have to say that overall, they delivered, with a few little points to note. Overall, really enjoyed it! The decor and great...cozy and campy and very family-friendly and casual. Go early or call-ahead as they... More

I always get nervous when I read about a restaurant and it is set around a theme. Probably comes from my experience at Chucky Cheese :-). The difference at Camp is, that though there is a theme, it is really all about the food. We had a group of 6 of us go while we were vacationing up at the... More

This is the kind of place where you spend most of your time looking at the decorations in between eating hearty meals. I had the salmon over pasta special and it was very good. I love a place with a sense of humour and this place has a wicked one!

Tonight was the second attempt to dine at Camp. The first time was a rainy Saturday night--we left because the restaurant was filled with kids and the volume was high. We decided to give it another try on this Monday night in the summer. Very few kids-the ones that were there were well behaved and a little older than the... More

Went with my husband and 3 teens for dinner on Tues 7/1. Bit of difficulty finding the restaurant as you can't see it from either Main St nor Route 3 but the very helpful hostess actually waived us in after 2 calls for directions !! (Thank you!!). Place is small with limited seating but being Tuesday we were fine. We... More

The most distinctive thing about Camp is the laid-back summer camp theme with special menu items and decor. The food is very good, service is excellent, and the fun is there for all. It is fairly small so keep that in mind. Go early in the high season!

Great food, camp atmosphere. A Common Man facility with it's expected high standards that are met with each visit.

Camp is perfect if you want to dine in a cozy atmosphere that reminds you of, well, a camp on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee! Everything our party of five ordered screamed "comfort food". We started with the most decadent of "nachos", potato chips smothered in cheese and bacon. So good, and so bad. I couldn't stop eating them. The... More
