Great food, camp atmosphere. A Common Man facility with it's expected high standards that are met with each visit.

Camp is perfect if you want to dine in a cozy atmosphere that reminds you of, well, a camp on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee! Everything our party of five ordered screamed "comfort food". We started with the most decadent of "nachos", potato chips smothered in cheese and bacon. So good, and so bad. I couldn't stop eating them. The... More

This place doesn't take reservations, but you can call 30 min in advance and put your name on a list. It's not a huge place. There were 2 empty tables when we arrived, but since we had called, we got the one directly in front of the fireplace. The decor is great. Camp themed, and a little campy. The food... More

We ate here on our first night of a two night stay, I left disappointed and hungry. Our table was jammed against the bar at the end, kind of odd. Our waitress was very nice. We both ordered the cod with hollandaise sauce but mine was disgusting. The fish was dry but floating in the white/yellow sauce which to me... More

We had a very nice and cozy meal at Camp. After a day of skiing and riding Gunstock, a table by the fireplace was a perfect atmosphere. The meatloaf and fish fry was delicious.

This cute, small spot served surprisingly good food. I expected burgers and dogs but we got steak served with some yummy wine. The ONLY downside was it was a litle pricier than I thought but that's mainly because I expected more camp-like food rather than the more upscale food offered.

Took the lift down to The Camp, what a treat, great decor, very nice staff and to top it meat loaf. I always have meat loaf at least once on a trip to USA and there it was on the menu.It was a typical American size portion, just a little bigger than this side of the pond, but good enough... More

We have made the trip to The Camp at least twice a year for the past 12 years or so. The atmosphere is awesome and the food was always superb. As with most experiences, I don't usually say anything unless it is bad, I've changed that philosophy somewhat since joining this Website. I've always looked forward to going there and... More

The atmosphere is lovely in this restaurant which is on the ground floor of Chase House. Reserving a table is recommended. The food is very good but the portion sizes are enormous so you may not have room for a dessert. Drinks are reasonably priced and a good range of wines. Service is a little too fast as we had... My husband and I have eaten at the camp off and on over the past several years. The food is good and reliable but not outstanding. I love the atmosphere, but only for the cooler months. It is too dark and confining for my preference in the summer months. The snowballs are to die for...very yummy dessert!
