This is a wonderful restaurant and a classic! If you like to sit down and be waited on by polite people and eat "home cooking" style of food..you'll love this place. They bring wonderful crackers and relish dip to begin and the quality in general is excellent. I did not get the sumptuous Turkey sandwich that I usually get, but... More

We went because my daughter-in-law said it was a good "go to place". We ordered the small turkey dinner, when it arrived it looked SO small, but after eating everything they served we were full. The hint is to ask for extra gravy, as my DIL suggested. But the server forgot the cranberry sauce that I had to ask for.... More

Remember bringing our boys their as children and now sharing the experience with our granddaughters. We all enjoyed a great turkey dinner except the little one, she is a fan of the hot dog!! It was like having Thanksgiving in August!!

Don't know where to start after reading these other reviews. I guess, if you stick with the turkey dinner, you'll have an average experience. Turkey was good but whole plate of food was cold. Yuck. Side vegetable of broccoli was really cold. Yuck. Calling the service 'average' is being generous. They were great once - not anymore. Won't go again.

Hart's Turkey Farm lives up to it's name. It specializes in turkey. There are other things on the menu but we go there for the bird. I am prejudiced as turkey is one of my favorite comfort foods. I look forward to stopping here whenever we head up north. They meals are competitively priced. My wife orders the regular turkey... More

As others have stated, this is a busy restaurant. If you need to wait for a table try to get a booth in a quieter area. We were at the first table as you enter the restaurant. The tables are close together and you not only have the noise of other diners but the pile of folks waiting for a... More

Hart's turkey farm doesn't take reservations, so be prepared to wait. The dining rooms are quaint and very quiet which surprised me.The food is excellent as was the service. A varied menu of everything Turkey. Thanksgiving dinner is a must. Everything was so good. Don't leave without having a frozen lemonade. Wonderful.

The turkey plate was delicious, came with cranberry sauce, potato and vegetable, although the stuffing was not the best. However, all other dishes we tried were not good at all, and we could not eat them, including the turkey pot pie and the turkey meatloaf. So, if you stick with the basic turkey dinner, it is definitely worth a visit.

I have read a number of positive reviews about this place - and not only on TripAdvisor website. Local residents also seem to know that place very well. So, it was definitely a place to have dinner at and we have absolutely no regrets. Plenty of space (we had no reservation), very warm reception, quick and friendly service. As for... More

My husband had a sudden craving for turkey dinner, which I was not about to cook in mid-August. We headed to New Hampshire to Hart's Turkey Farm and had a great meal. The open-faced turkey sandwich is like Thanksgiving on a plate, your choice of all white meat, all dark or a combination comes on toast with home-made tasting gravy,... More
