Visiting NH for first time, and just wanted a good meal in a comfortable place. Ordered grilled chicken , and for me, the Chopped Steak with mashed potatoes and it had mushrooms and gravy. Both the grilled chicken and the chopped steak had a dark brown "gravy" on it, with the chicken's gravy tasting a little of teriyaki. Dishes were... More

This is my favorite New England restaurant. I visit 2-3 times a year and must stop here for lunch or dinner every time. I have never had a bad experience. I order the same thing each time I go and it is always delicious. Service is always exceptional.

My first impression of the restaurant is that it looks a bit like a cross between a Red Lobster and a Ponderosa. Quaint, clean and bright. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. They also offer a Gluten-Sensitive Menu. If you're a large group the table dividers come out and everyone can sit together...see photo. Sadly there... More

Ordered off a menu, steak tip platter, crowd pleasers item, viewed on line while flying in to Manchester, price stated on line was $41.99, described as served on bed of rice with vegetables, called when I landed and no mention was made of price change. Got to restaurant and price was $49.49. Told the manager what it said on line... More

This is a New England chain restaurant that is predictably satisfying. The kids ages 6 and 4 were very pleased with the usual choices on their menu. The adults had the chowders and appetizers followed by the large lobster rolls which were delicious. The Sam Adams summer ale washed it all down just fine. This family style restaurant is a... More

Friendly, attentive service, food comes out quickly, and the waitress did not rush us. The sirloin was good, appetizers were tasty (had the seafood stuffed mushroom caps) and they kept the soft drinks topped off. Prices are very reasonable, and servings are generous. Best of all, it is possible to get food that isn't fried, buried in cheese, or otherwise... More

We ate a late supper here while in the area. The seating is crowded and the food wasn't very good. My husband asked the waitress several questions about the food to get some recommendations and she had no idea what he was talking about. The prices were reasonable, but they reflected the quality and portions of the food. I had... More

Our family loves the many 99s we have been to. The food is always good, the choices many, the prices decent. It’s one of our favorites. You can’t go wrong here!

Honestly I dont care too much for the chain restaurants, but 99 is definitely better than most. If there are 5 chain restaurants near each other and 99 is one of them I will always go there. This location in particular has always been good to me. I love how they still give out the crackers and cheese and popcorn,... More
