Food just what you would think and lots of it! Delicious, but not diet friendly. Thick slabs of haddock, piles of onion rings, huge plates of eggs and home fries, a hangover's dream! And a waitress who calls you hon! What more could you ask for? Note: not a lot of seating, you will wait for a seat if you... More

The Red Arrow Diner is a well known hidden jewel of Manchester. All the locals head here as some point or another. They're open 24/7/365, and you will always be served. Every day they have blue plate specials, usually consisting of a lunch or dinner entree and a breakfast entree. Unfortunately you cannot get a night cap, no adult beverages... More

You'll find a mind-blowing range of choices on the menu at this old-fashioned diner. Don't overlook daily specials posted on the wall next to the booths. Servings are generous and the deserts something to write home about. Celebrities who have dined here are noted here and there around the place.

I like diners. THis one has been here for years and is a classic; it's loved by locals and as a diner; I liked it too. THe food is average. I was disappointed in the macaroni and cheese served warm and not thoroughly drained. THe banana pudding pie was starchy and too much sythetic topping. I look forward to diner... More

A must stop for great diner food served with a smile. Our first time celebrated with a "devirgining" shout out.A great start to the weekend.

I would rather die than eat here again. Coffee bad - watery weak. Dinner food at its worst - greasy and nasty. Can't even do a decent breakfast.

I have only been to the red arrow a couple of times and while I think the food is good I'm not a fan of the counter area and there are limited booths, so wait time could be an issue and noise as I remember the restaurant being especially loud. However, that being said I have bought pies for home... More

Do not expect to bring a large party and expect to be seated together or quickly. This place is TINY. Great for couples or small groups willing to split up. There are stools along the bar and a few tables for groups of 4. We were able to move ahead of larger groups & claim seats on the bar since... More

We wanted to go to this place after watching it reviewed on Diners,Drive-in's and Dives. It doesn't disappoint. Great atmosphere, great food and good service. We had Lasagne and Chop Suey, both were hot and tasty. Coffee is good too. Well worth a visit

Having gone to college in Manchester, the Red Arrow was always a go to spot tfor late night eats. I was recently in Manchester and stopped by the Red Arrow for a quick breakfast. Glad to see nothing has changed, same solid meal, same decor, same value, same service. Is this a 3 star Michelin experience, not even close and... More
