Very good food and service

We dined twice in a week and found the food to be very good. We had Cajun shrimp, pork roast, eggs and meatloaf and it was all good. The only negative was nowhere to park and very limited seating.

The Red Arrow is a super diner experience -- food and staff are almost cliche diner, but both are so good that the visit is elevated to a special event worth having!

I saw a segment on TV about the Red Arrow and driving by Manchester decided to stop for lunch. The food I ordered was good, nothing exceptional. The potatoes are great just crispy not overcooked. The place is tiny and I sat at the counter. The waiter came to ask for my order before giving me a menu.... I never... More

The guy at the Radisson hotel said, "Why wouldn't you go?" when I asked him about it. Tiny little place, I found a stool at the counter after standing patiently in line for about 15 minutes. Good cup of coffee while I scoured the menu. The big, hot plates coming out of the kitchen helped my decision. Got the chicken-fried... More

Wow. We went for a late night snack. I wasn't too hungry but my wife and I each ordered a slice of blueberry lemon pie. It was great. Wow!

A real vintage diner including the names of famous people who have eaten there and the seats they sat in are identified. Good general diner menu with good specials.

Brought my brother here since he had been here about 12 years ago and loved it. The wait staff were stretched thin but still had a good sense of humor and brought our food out hot to us. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fluffy pancakes and the hash browns were nice and crispy. The steak bomb wrap looked amazing... More

You want and egg and some toast? Go here. You want food food and anything but an egg and some toast? Don't go here. Dirty and gruff..food ranges from gross to blandly gross.
