very good Italian food

The wait was a bit longer even though I had a reservation I did not care for that but it wasn't so bad our waitress wasn't at her best that night unfortunately the salad was portioned inconsistent the soup was okay the food came out cold but the gaps made me not mind as much since I was hungry I... Found them on trip advisor. Called there and they had room for us. I guess we beat the Friday night crowd. We got there and the crowd was thin but by the time we left, every table was full. Alexia took very good care of us. The food was great and plenty of it. Try the bomba for dessert!

Yes the atmosphere is pleasant. Except with the employees are at the bar socializing and being loud. The mens room is disgusting - I didn't check the ladies after my husband commented on the mens room. Service was very slow, food was good but nothing exciting - expected better than Olive Garden. Prices are high. We had been in when... More

So good! So elegant. This restaurant is easy to overlook, inhabiting as it does a former KFC venue in a tiny strip mall. I have never been disappointed although I have heard of other diners being less satisfied.

Like many, we have driven by this local establishment and found it difficult to think of trying it due to location. Big mistake! After trying to get into another popular restaurant down the street we decided to try Villagio's. We walked in and we were asked if we had reservations -we didn't but lucky us there had just been a... More

Was looking for somewhere different for Italian other than Manchester's usual suspects. Found this place on Tripadvisor and we are so glad we did. Do not let the nondescript location in a small strip mall fool you. Upon entering, you will find the bar to your left and the dining area to your right. Small, only 15 tables, but lovely... More

This is your traditional Italian restaurant and its just ok for the cost. I find the food to dollar isn't worth it for the quality and taste. The sauce lacks character and depth. I was hoping for so much more when I saw this restaurant so close to home. I will try again and hope for the best!

My wife and I were in Manchester this past weekend and decided to try a local Italian restaurant for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and authenticity of the food at Villagio Ristorante. The fried mozzarella was fantastic, and we both enjoyed the gnocchi as an entree. Perfect sized portions for everything, and absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend... More

The wife and I decided to go out after church, and we made the happy choice of picking the Villagio. The hostess was warm and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Our server was attentive and cheerful, and explained the menu artfully. The calamari fritti was cooked just right, and was lightly coated, and the marinara sauce was tasty. We... More
