Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up the tradition of "homemade" dishes, the look and menu at CJ's has its own style. Attentive servers are always ready to serve guests authentic Southwestern, Tex-Mex, Cajun, and barbecue dishes that are unmatched in New Hampshire

Very good, little to disappoint

This is part of a chain of restaurants which includes T-Bones in the area. Restaurant busy for a Tuesday night. Terrific service by Jason and a trainee. Very loud, given the lack of sound dampening materials. Food was very good, but a touch on the pricey side. Although I liked the Buffalo... read more

I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at CJ's. The waitress was wonderful, the food was good and the hostess was accommodating. I have been going to CJ's for almost 15 years when I go up to Manchester to visit my son and granddaughters, I have had some great experiences and some terrible... More

We went for lunch on a Sunday. Great meal and great prices. They are in the T-Bones chain of restaurants so if you like what T-Bones has to offer you wont be disappointed with their Southwestern Version....Cheers!!!

It doesn't matter whether I go for lunch or dinner, I can tell my meal has been freshly made! Fun atmosphere and a great place to meet friends at the bar for drinks. Looking for great service then you have gone to the right place!

Customers and bartenders are always fun, everyone is friendly with each other even if you don't know one another. I always seem to run into someone that I know.

Super friendly staff. I have eaten here a few time and it is always good. Prices are a little high for what it is, but at least you know the food will be good.

I had BBQ wings for an appetizer and then the Mixed Grill plate- everything was amazing! The waitress was nice and quick, I don't remember having to wait too long for food and she was friendly too.

Never been here. Made the trip because I saw it on Phantom Gourmet. The wait staff were nice and friendly. The food was good.

Cactus Jack's in Manchester NH is an interesting and colorful restaurant. They have a wide range of items on the menu including seafood, Mexican, and BBQ! The fajita's were very good and the serving size was generous. The price for beef fajita's was around $18. We also had an alcoholic drink called Monkey Juice which was just amazing. On Friday... Been there many times. Food is very good! Beverage prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is the best in town. Beautiful outdoor seating. Also T-Bones and the Cooper Door are sister restaurants.
