I asked for the salmon to be cooked, this way.... not raw in the center, but not overcooked...not an easy task. Blackened...and still moist, and well seasoned. It was perfect... read more

Stopped In for lunch on a rainy Thursday afternoon. It was not super busy. The bar has a tv down towards the end. I was solo, so I always want a place with a tv when that is the case. The truffle fries were great. It came with 3 dipping sauces, all very good. I also has the spicy tuna... More

Since its return to the Manchester dining scene, Mint Bistro has dependably shown that it can hold our attention with taste and presentation. The regular menu is extensive, whether you have a taste for sushi or not, and specials are well-conceived and, well, special. The poached pear salad perfectly combined flavors and textures to truly shine, while the black bass... More

We visited the Mint Bistro for a Valentine's Day dinner. The room is narrow with the bar taking one side. The hostess was a bit aloof, but we were seated promptly after checking in for our 5:30 reservation. Our waiter Bryan was attentive and very competent. The lobster rangoon was fabulous as was our filet mignon. A broad menu selection... More

Excellent meal. For a different dining experience, the Mint Bistro is a great place to visit! Eggplant dishes are really good.

I work in the area and visit a lot of the restaurants, and Mint Bistro's "Steak Frites" is hands-down my choice for steak in the area. The fries are perfect and crispy. the ketchup is smoked, and the meat is perfect every time. I hear the other food is good too but I will probably never find out as I... More

I've been to Mint twice so far and I have not been disappointed. Most recently I went with a group of 6 and was able to try multiple appetizers. We had the lobster rangoon's, calamari, goat cheese fritters, and an eggplant appetizer. All of the appetizers were delicious and I would recommend them all except the eggplant which was just...
