My wife and I were there on a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy but all the "good" ones are. The difference between Mint and some of the other Manchester options is the noise level. This was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Not relaxing, not pleasant, food was above average but hard to enjoy given... More

Friends recently recommended that we try the Mint Bistro on Elm Street in Manchester. Since my wife and I were heading to the Palace Theater for a show after dinner, the Mint Bistro's location a few blocks away was the perfect location for dinner. And what a dinner it was! My wife enjoyed the beet salad with goat cheese and... More

Great food and bartender service. Sushi was good and fresh. Only downside was a group that was loud. Everyone was terrific. Decent value - great food.

Love 'my' Mint Bistro......Perfection ! I'm there quite regularly-I dine out quite often, am a little fussy, and it's my favorite restaurant in New Hampshire by far.......Beautiful menu, (which is about to be updated once AGAIN!) with an amazingly talented, friendly and efficient staff, and a lovely atmosphere. The very talented Chef Steve delivers fine cuisine on a consistent basis and... More

My third visit to Mint, and it didn't disappoint. The filet was prepared perfectly, and the sushi was amazing. Fuji my favorite. They had a sake sampler that was fun and delicious. The best was the service. Very friendly, well trained staff. My only suggestion would be to put some noise eliminating elements in. Love this place. If I lived... More

Mint Bistro is located where Baldwin's on Elm used to be. Mint is my favorite restaurant in Manchester. It has the best sushi in NH. The rest of the menu is awesome. You can't go wrong! A big thumbs up to the drinks menu. The mojitos are the house specialty (and they live up to it), but no need to... More

A group of 8 of us went to Mint Bistro. I can't wait to go back! The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was top notch. We had an array of food. For food we sampled sushi, mini fish tacos, scallops as well as ceasar salads and the pear salad. Delicious all around. We passed the... More

what a surprise to find this gem in Manchester. We love to share dishes so that we can taste a number of different flavors and Mint Bistro is great for that. We ate these dishes: mini fish tacos, truffled parmesan french fries with dipping sauces, sweet & spicy pork belly, and roasted wild mushroom salad. The food was excellent, but... More

We've been to Mint twice within the last week. On Saturday, it was jam packed at 6:30pm. We had hoped to sit at the bar, but instead of waiting, we opted for a table that became available when another party cancelled their reservation. The bar was extremely loud, so take that into consideration if you have someone older or hard... More
