Going to the wonderful Palace Theater in Manchester, NH? Just discovered a real gem for dining pre or post production within walking distance of the theater. Our waitress, Jodi, made our experience just wonderful. She offered suggestions for both adults and children, amended items to meet our needs, was attentive without hovering, and had a great sense of humor. The... More

Have been to this place on 2 occasions. The food was prepared and presented very professionally, but service was a little slow. Their specials, which in the last case included a specially priced wine was very nice. As stated before a parking lot is adjacent, which is nice because all the street parking is metered.

Just passing through Manchester and glad we checked this out. Includes a parking lot which most don't. The beer-battered fish was just right, not a heavy breaded coating. The fish was light and flavorful. The side dish of grilled asparagus was also prepared correctly. Had a large corner booth in the bar area; friendly service, we would return.

My partner ordered steak off the ala carte menu and it was excellent - perfectly cooked. I ordered the prix fixe meal and it was not at all the same quality. Less money - less quality.

I was surprised to see several review citing poor or indifferent service. Our experience couldn't be more different. Bout our server, the other server in the general area and the hostess were personable, smiling and very efficient. This has become our favorite restaurant in Manchester. The menu is varied, the pricing very reasonable, and they have a great wines by... More

I was in Manchester on business, and a colleague at my company's office recommended this restaurant to me. I'm glad I took her advice. Free parking is available in a lot accessible from Lowell Street. From Elm, turn onto Lowell (it's one way), then make a right into the parking lot just before the diner. Drive to the back and... Looking for a place to have an enjoyable dinner in Manchester and based on the reviews in Trip Advisors we selected Firefly and it was great. The four of us each ordered different items on the menu and could not have been more pleased. The wine choices were good quality and fairly priced. The service was great... we will be... More

While traveling to Manchester, NH in November we tried eating at the Firefly, but without a reservation on the weeked for dinner - forget it. The place was packed. This just convinced us it was worth trying again the next time we were in town. This time we went or lunch, so I can't comment on dinner. Our lunch for... More
