Schilling Beer Co. Is a family-owned, European-inspired artisan brewery. We exclusively brew beers that we are personally passionate about, which tell a story about us: where we've been, where we're going, and what we value. We believe that craft beer is best enjoyed in community and within a specific sense of place. Our Cicerone-educated staff and unique location-on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River in a carefully renovated three-story 1797 gristmill-provide an optimal environment to do just that. We offer rustic Neopolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, local meats and cheeses and other plates designed to pair with our beers. Our food is rustic, simple and fresh, emphasizing local sources whenever possible. Outdoor beer garden and riverfront deck seating are available, weather permitting.

Much Improved Over Previous Visit!

Compared to our previous visit, things have completely changed, all for the better! We arrived at around 7:30pm for dinner and were promptly greeted by an energetic, pleasant hostess. Seeing there was a 20 minute wait, she offered us the beer list to look over and invited us to the bar. Very... read more

We have wanted to try this place for some time, and today we did. It was a very nice experience, both in terms of the quality of the beer and food and the helpfulness and pleasantness of the staff. This being our first visit, we had lots of questions. Our waitress was most patient and helpful. However, on two other... More

A really nice addition to the Littleton area and a place that should be a destination for those with limited options in the NEK of Vermont. Lots of great stuff coming out of the pizza ovens and delicious meat/cheese plates to get started. Service is good and knowledgable. It's a fun atmosphere that is very casual with great food. The... We checked this place out on a Friday night after taking in Ice Castles and prior to checking into our hotel room in Littleton at about 7:15. We were traveling as a family, with our 3 boys ages 15, 9 and 7. We didn't wait for a seat. The atmosphere was superb featuring live music, guitar music. Our server was... More

Checked out this place while we were up in Littleton for the weekend, saw that it had some good reviews and I like craft beers. Cool old mill building thats been turned into the brewery/restaurant, the downstairs is open with small and long tables an open kitchen and the upstairs had a band playing, we didnt go up there and... Excellent food, friendly staff & a great atmosphere! Had the pleasure of dining here with my husband, son, and niece. Everyone enjoyed their dinner & it didn't break the bank. We will absolutely return. My only complaint is we were seated at a table awkwardly situated next to the entrance. We got a cold blast whenever the door opened. Worse... More

Pizza, salad and a wide variety of beers. A perfect winter meal in the north country. In an area that doesn't have a lot of top options, this place is very welcome. Friendly staff, efficient service, lots of different pizzas to choose from.

Just sat outside by the river and drank beers. We were staying within walking distance at Thayers Inn, just sweet and simple.

Great craft beer, especially the Belgian styles. Try the Erastus! Flatbreads are excellent, atmosphere in this old mill on the river is relaxing yet upbeat. Owners and staff are very friendly and you really get value for your money. Do not miss this gem of a pub!
