Ordered a chicken caesar salad and was disappointed in several ways. First, it was $16.00 so I expected it to be the best imaginable. Sadly, the lettuce was wilted and even brown in some pieces. The homemade dressing was bland and the chicken was so minimal, I wondered why they charged extra for it. The size of the salad was... More

Food was good; service was very good; price was very reasonable. Tables were attractive with linen tablecloths.

We made a reservation at the relocated Bailiwick's without checking it out first, confident that their standard for atmosphere, food and service would transfer to their new space. We were wrong. The new space is casual, consisting of a very large, two tiered beer hall like bar area, an outdoor patio and a small dining room that has mostly tables... More

I've been to Bailiwick's twice since they moved across the street from their old location this spring. The dining room looks great and I love the terrace and pub section. The food is still just a amazing. We ate in the formal dining room in June and last night tried the terrace, where you can have the pub menu and... More

The new Bailiwick's is excellent, cuisine and service alike. Know that if you order a large draft beer, it will arrive in a stein the size of a hydrant.

We stopped in for lunch and were seated without a wait. The service was prompt and very friendly, the server was knowledgeable about items on the menu. The wife and I had the vegetarian Mushroom and Goat Cheese salad which was excellent and the portion was generous. Our kids had hamburgers, which they rated very high, and had very little... More

The twin filet was melt-in-your-mouth. Everything very nicely done with great service. Sat inside. Would have liked the glass room, but still everything was great. Would recommend. Prices reasonable for a near 5 star restaurant!

Bailiwicks has moved across the street from the Thayers Inn downtown. Since I was in the mood for something more casual, I went to the pub side... Though the menu at the main restaurant did tempt me. We ordered a couple appetizers (fried Mac & cheese and pulled pork nachos) followed by burgers (Greek with sweet potato fries). The food... More

Never went when they were in the basement of Thayers Inn, so we were delighted when we discovered they had moved to the space vacated by Oasis. We went on a Saturday evening, and were seated promptly outside. Note: They do take reservations, so if you want to snag say a window seat inside or a prime outdoor space, call... More

The food is very good but expensive. Martini bar is the only one around and very good. We usually go in for an appertiser and martini.
