Our daughter has been to this restaurant and raved about it. Since it's off season and there didn't seem to be a lot of people in Lincoln we tried it this morning. Even in off season we has a 20 minute wait around 10 am. But it is worth the wait. Can't really describe why but the pancakes are totally...

Nice spot with amazing staff on Kancamangus hywy. Long waits unless you get there early. Great inventive food beyond run of the mill breakfast. Staff masterful with children and rowdy groups (us).
There was a bit of a wait and lots of kids here. Food was good, but there was no fruit on the menu which I thought was weird. Awesome service though.
no one makes flapjacks like this place, the owner is the waiter and owner, we have never had a bad meal there ever, huge, fluffy and oh so tasty.
We were looking for a place to eat breakfast on a cool spring morning. There were some locals standing around outside a gas station so we thought who better to ask? Flapjack's is simply the best breakfast restaurant In LIncoln, NH. The owner, Ron, is always there to great the patrons. Ingredients of food are first quality, nothing but real NH maple syrup used...no finer pancakes anywhere. A recent addition to the menu is baked beans, which some of us have learned to equate with breakfast in New England.
Flapjack's was bustling on Saturday morning mid-April. Locals and visitors alike enjoyed great breakfasts. The three of us had the pancakes (flapjacks)...buttermilk, blueberry and a house special gingerbread! They were all delicious and served with locally made maple syrup. Good coffee, too.
Our one year old grand daughter loved watching the electric train travel around the restaurant.

We both really enjoyed our breakfast here. Maybe the best restaurant breakfast I've ever had. Eggs, home fries, pancakes all great. The only downside is that a lot of people know about it so the wait is long. Go anyway.
