Subpar food; excellent service

The food was subpar and overpriced. The best part of our dining experience was the waiter. He was very attentive, polite and had a fantastic personality. However, the food left a lot to be desired. The food was verydisappointing. There is little resemblence to any Mexican food. There is good real Mexican Food to be found in Lincoln, but not here.

My girlfriend and I decided that Nachos is literally the worst restaurant we’ve ever visited. We’ve been to a lot of restaurants in our lives, including multiple Taco Bel and Denny’s locations and many a Chinese buffet. So you know Nachos is bad. Nachos is like that runner that finishes a race in last place while everyone is watching and... More

After the Gypsy Cafe bad margarita experience I just had - this place was a welcome relief! The margarita was perfect on every level! The service was superb and the food a little on the spicy side but a welcome change from the food we had down the street. We got to eat outside and our dog was welcome! I... More

Our family of 6 visited this place last night...very expensive for what you get...service was poor and drinks were pricey and Weak as in no alcohol! Worst margarita ever! ($9) We got a family meal ($32!) nd it was barely enough to feed 4 (small Burritos) Def skip this place on your visit to Lincoln...even subway or MacDonalds would be... More

I swear there was no heat in their building. One waitress for entire place. Homemade salsa tasted like a pile of cilantro. My "burrito burger" was rare in the middle and was supposed to include tomato and lettuce and there was no tomato. No condiments on table. My $7 Margarita was like watered down lime juice. Myou husband's food was... More

We stopped in for an early dinner on a Sunday. We wanted to go to The Common Man, but they weren't open. We figured you can't go wrong with Mexican. We were very wrong! The place was kind of dirty. There was no one else in there, but it took FOREVER to get our food. The food was awful. It... More

We had just left a absolutely superb ..5 course dinner on the Lafaytte dinner train...highly recommended ! The bride wanted a margarita so we slipped on the grease into Nachos, also doing business as the Lincoln Sewer department . No lie. Actually slipped on the greasy floor, filthiest place I have ever been in, and I ' ve been in some... More

This is a year late but while I'm on the subject of the White Mountains, I might as well mention that we ate at Nachos for lunch last year. Holy smokes.. The red and green holiday tortilla chips were good. That's where it ends. I made the mistake of getting a "deep fried burger". I deep fried the toilet after... More

The first thing we ordered (waters) was the last thing we got, and only after asking a second time. The taquito appetizer arrived several minutes after the entrees, and was the best part of the meal. My enchiladas arrived a good 5 minutes before my partners taco burger. The burger was ordered well done and arrived barely done. So the... More
