Great taste of local flavor in every way

This is a great resting point on your way to (or from) the mountains in Vermont. As with many spots in this area, the menu draws from fresh local ingredients, beginning with a hot cup of fresh White Mountain coffee. We got the biscuits and gravy (how could we resist?) made with locally made... read more

This past Mondady I had the best Monte Cristo sandwich I have ever had. Unlike most MC sandwiches which involve a lot of bread, this was made with regular sized bread. What made it so good was the combination of bread, ham, cheese and french toast batter plus a small container of maple syrup. Overall the diner was clean and... More

Love this small Hometown diner! The food is freshly made and baked and they use an abundance of locally grown and raised food. The muffin of the day is large and always delightful. Love the stuffed french toast ! Priced very reasonablely.

What a wonderful find. The menu has such wonderful items it was hard for my wife and myself to choose. My wife had an asparagus, red pepper and goat cheese omelette. Yummmm. And I had biscuits with sausage gravy for the first time in my life.Super yum! Locally sourced ingredients. Very pleasant perky waitress and a very friendly owner named... More

Lovely breakfast bagel, PB&J and cream cheese bagel. Apprehensive after one negative review but visited on way to Vermont and pleasantly surprised. Friendly service.

I've given this place 4 tries and each time was horrible. Really bad service unless you are someone the owners are trying to impress. The owner's wife ignores the other customers while she socializes with her friends. Every time I've been in its been a very long wait to order and a much longer wait for food, even though they... What can one say, this place is great! A warm homey feel with food that is out of this world! A limited menu, but don't let that stop you from giving it a try. It's well worth it.

It is a locally owned business and they do a great job ! I have been going there for over 2 years and the food is always great ! The owner is very friendly and smiley :) They have been great about accepting my special request about food preference. A great place to have breakfast, brunch, lunch or just coffee... More

The Lebanon diner is a great spot. We've been several times. Spunky and efficient staff and solid food - nothing too fancy but yummy and consistent. I'm a fan of the two-egg omelet - I can never finish a big omelet and I hate to waste. It's a great addition to downtown Lebanon.

We made the foolish mistake to NOT go to Denny's but try this place. MAJOR MISTAKE. It started when we first entered and were told to NOT sit at the front of the restaurant but take a two top side table. Should have left then, but no, we needed more pain! We both ordered vegetable omelets w/hash browns. The omelets... More
