Very nice renovations

Chicken Picanti was tasteless..not one to add salt to a meal but I had to add salt to get any flavor, I finally gave up on the pasta, by the time I had it rolled on my fork all of the sauce had slung across the table or on my shirt. Would not recommend have had better at Olive Garden.

My husband and I decided to go out for a nicer dinner, to celebrate our anniversary. I always tend to order seafood, despite how far I am from the coast, sometimes to my chagrin. This restaurant not only managed to not cover the scallops in breadcrumbs, ruining their flavor, but the scallops, shrimp, and mussels in my dish were some... More

The menu was very large. Everything the 4 of us ordered was wonderful (I had lobster mac n' cheese). We were able to eat in the vault (the building is an old bank), which seats 4 people. The server (Sherry) was great - checked in several times but wasn't intrusive at all. It was a great dinner!

I had stuffed shells and a side of meatballs and it was enough for two meals! I loved the sauce, the filling was delicious and the meatballs were divine. We loved the bread and the salad was great too! I got peanut butter chocolate pie for dessert and I HIGHLY recommend it!

We have stayed in the Laconia area on many occasions and never ate at Fratello's until this past weekend. We were truly, pleasantly surprised. While we called ahead (they do not accept reservations) we still had a 35 minute wait. I had low expectations thinking it may not be worth the wait. The food was very, very good. My wife... More

Loved the pianist but did not see one this time. Great food and service, Order Italian you can get the other dishes at other places. However everything is good.

I called ahead for reservations because we were going with a group of 7 on a Friday evening. I was told they don't do reservations, but they do take 'call ahead' seating. The young lady asked for my name, size of the party, and what time we would be arriving. (sounded like a reservation to me!) Anyway, when we arrived... More

Unfortunately there are not too many choices in the area for pasta, however as an honest reviewer and yes, I still have returned to this restaurant because friends like to go there. But I am firm in my belief that for what you pay, that they could offer perhaps a salad at no additional charge perhaps even family style. When... More

Highly recommended and will return. Five of us in our group and each one was very happy with the drinks and appetizers we ordered which were very filling. The piano player Oscar adds ambience to the dining atmosphere.
