This restaurant has been in Laconia about 20 years....and it doesn't look like there have been any renovations. Booth cushions were old and dirty. Many wooden chairs were literally coming apart. Now to the food. I ordered a sandwich with pasta salad. The salad looked and tasted old. The sandwich was ordinary. My friend ordered a chicken salad and the... More

We've been to Hector's a couple times recently. The service was good, we went for a light dinner, and were able to have dinner for 2 under $30. The bar and restuarant are separate enough that you don't feel like you are eating in a bar.

This restaurant was surprisingly good. The food and service were fast and pleasant. The prices aren't bad and margarita night is the best. Would definately go back and looking forward to more great times there. Great apps!

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered the gluten free artichoke dip. It was served to me with something sprinkled of the top, I asked the waitress if the dish was truly gluten free. She assured me that it was. A couple of bites later the waitress came back to our table and informed me... More

The specials are good value, the food is delicious, service is excellent. When you are tired of the waterfront and the tourists....put on your comfys, your lid, and go low key with the locals.

Had to wait to be seated because no one was out front, about 5pm on a Friday evening I'd think a hostess would be around. Bartender seated us. Every waitress/manager was friendly but old enough to be my mother or grandmother. Décor is just as old. Place definitely needs new life and has great potential, great space but very tired... More

Very small menu, no one was manning the front desk, food was decent but not worth the price, very outdated

Hector's is a great place for either couples or families, you can find something everyone will love from their extensive menu. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The Nacho's Grande are AWESOME!

Very attentive staff will get you seated and waited on right away. Food isn't the greatest but it is very close to the Landmark Inn so if you are staying there you can walk to Hector's. Nice that they let you order food to go.

We love going o Hectors. We love it so much we had our rehearsal dinner there. They have been nothing but accommodating with any request. Their prime rib on Saturdays is one of the best I have had, tender and always cooked to perfection. We are here at least once a month and we live two states away. We plan... More
