Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up the tradition of "homemade" dishes, the look and menu at CJ's has its own style. Attentive servers are always ready to serve guests authentic Southwestern, Tex-Mex, Cajun, and barbecue dishes that are unmatched in New Hampshire.

Good Meal and Service

Service was tops and food very good. It is what it is. Quality was good and everything was as advertised. Would certainly go back again.

We ate here last night after a busy day of Ziplining, traveling and checking into our Hotel. We've had a few mediocre meals while on our vacation and I'm happy to say this one was terrific! Our server Gina was friendly, professional and helpful without being intrusive. We didn't even realize we were there during "Happy Hour" so after sharing... More

Informal fun and popular place for drinks and food and music or tv's. Great pub food with a mexican flavor

Did not expect to find this type of place along the shores of Lake Winnepesauke in NH. The Decor has a definite Southwest influence with gorgeous tile topped tables and colorful accents. The menu is decidedly TexMex but has a variety of items to satisfy almost any appetite. My friend and I both chose to try beef entrees. She had... More

Nice atmosphere, good service, good drinks, the mexican food was very good and the prices were higher than expected but not too bad.

Service was a little slow, but the food was good. Follow up from the server was almost nil, and the server didn't exactly get the order correct, but since he didn't write anything down, thats to be expected

Yummy Tex-Mex place not far from the Margate. Excellent nachos and chili. Definitely try the Carne Asada Tacos!

I ate at Cactus Jack's last weekend while staying at the Margate for a convention, and I had such a fantastic time at this cozy restaurant. The staff was friendly, the food delicious (try the chili, you won't regret it!), and the Tropical Trio drink phenomenal. I'll definitely go there again when I return to Laconia in 2017.

Decided to try this place for dinner during a weeklong stay in the Winnepesaukee area. Nice casual feel and decor with a New Orleans vibe. We started with the bacon wrapped shrimp and jalapeño poppers as appetizers. Both were excellent, especially the bleu cheese sauce with the shrimp. For entrees we had Rajun Cajun haddock tacos, Mahi Mahi tacos, jerk... More
