Once again we stopped at The Waterwheel Restaurant during our summer vacation. We always seem to arrive around 11:30 and we're always divided about whether or not to order breakfast or lunch. So - our group was divided - half for breakfast and half for lunch. GREAT FOOD!!! We weren't disappointed and we enjoyed every bit of our choices. The... More

We have driven by this spot many times on our visits to the area but finally decided to give it a try and are very glad we did! Great homemade food with friendly service. We were a party of 7 and everyone really enjoyed their breakfast. Excellent prices! Very, very clean. Great coffee too!

Haven't been here in a few years and now they offer breakfast and lunch. Prices are so reasonable and the food is good. Gift Shop to browse while you wait which isn't long. Scenery is spectacular. They are open year round. We will be back!

Go here every year. Friendly owners and staff make this place a treat to visit. This year i even made two visits. Service and food is outstanding. The portions of food they give you are enormous. And for the first ever i couldn't finish all of my eggs. I must be getting old..lol

Great little Diner/Gift Shop. If you like breakfast, this is the place. They are only open until 2PM, but we walked in at 2PM and they fed us with a smile.

We dined at the Waterwheel twice this past weekend once on our way from Vermont through New Hampshire to Maine and once on the return. Located a few miles west of Gorham New Hampshire, in the White Mountains - it is hard to find better views anywhere in New England. Breakfast menu selections are extensive (lunch still good selection but... More

When you arrive at the WW you can expect to wait for your breakfast. It is an extremely popular breakfast and lunch site with perhaps 12 tables. The food is always top notch and the service is excellent. The same wait staff has been there for years and years so it must also be a great place to work. The... More

A standard stop for many years, we always enjoy this establishment and bring all of our friends in who come to visit us. Open year round, the food is always hot and delicious. Long time staff will always welcome you and make you feel at home. Pancakes are the BEST! Fudge and whoopie pies are very close seconds and are... More

Good food. Decent prices (Stay at the Mt Jefferson Hotel and get 10% off). Large portions. Country store attached. Nice owners. Most of the waitstaff was great, but our waitress was a little rude and not personable. Didnt bother me, the decor and food made up for it. Will go back. Thanks
