9 of us showed up one morning for an extended family breakfast. Restaurant was packed, but the staff did a great job accomadating us. Got us 2 tables right near each other. Worked with creativity and flexibility. And the food was excellent! From the healthy vegan sweet potato black bean hash, to the divine cruller french toast. Thanks Lou's!

Excellent lunch - delicious sandwiches, good service and, unusually for out of New York City restaurants, Kosher Half Sour pickles. We loved the ambience and the varied clientele.

Homemade corned beef hash - crueler doughnut french toast. So many delicious options for a yummy breakfast. This place is a landmark and has been open for YEARS. It gets busy and there is usually a line but the waitstaff is attentive and quick! So once you sit down to eat, it was worth the wait - as your food... More

This is our second visit to this Hanover breakfast spot. The energy inside is a bit frenetic but everyone is so very friendly. We waited for about 30 minutes and grabbed a coffee while we were in line. My advice is not to be famished when you enter or all the plates passing by and drooling on the glass sheltering... More

Breakfast served all day. Nothing remarkable except the long wait to get in. Service was friendly and fast. Food was average dinner type fare with prices on the higher side. My daughter and I, had French toast. My son and a burger with fries...good average food.

Most breakfast dishes are GF, but it's unusual to get GF French Toast. Lou's has it and it was delish. GF muffins were terrific too. Menu has many GF options noted. Service is friendly and fun.

If you are in Hanover,NH, all the locals say you have to go to Lou's. Serving breakfast and lunch daily. Onsite bakery for cakes, pies, cookies, and pastries. Great diner type food that is excellent quality using many locally grown ingredients.

Go here. You won't regret it. I suggest getting the Little Green. It was perfect for a little taste of everything. Obviously the donut french toast is a must try, but the Little Green will also give you a taste of the amazing bacon and home fries.

Was there last year and though we had to wait a little while for a table it was worth it. The food was good, a very solid breakfast spot. All of our party of 4 enjoyed their meals. We ordered, eggs, pancakes, and waffles.... all were well prepared, served hot right off the griddle and tasty. This year while in... More
