Our go to restaurant

This is our go to restaurant. The service is great and we have never had a bad meal. The surf and turf burger is one of my favorites.

My son and I spent the day at Hampton Beach before moving him back to college in Henniker the following day. We decided to stay in the area for dinner but wanted to be away from the beach crowds. I found The Old Salt Restaurant on Trip Advisor so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we... More

We try to stop here every time we are in the area. We have dinners with a large number of people and we have come with just two or three people but we always enjoy The Old Salt. We were sorry when their place at the beach had to relocate a few years back but this location seems like it... More

It is the best of the best fish available. The... More

We went and got the early bird special. Great food, a lot of it, at a great price. Can't get a better deal on a good seafood meal by the beach- perfect when you're on a budget.

Wow. What a great place! Had I found this the first night we arrived, I would have ate here every night and avoided the boardwalk restaurants. Food was plentiful and reasonably priced. Service by Chelsea was outstanding. I would recommend eating here while staying in Hampton beach. You will not be let down.

Yummmmmm. Just thinking about our meal last night makes me smile!! This place is just awesome. We went on a Thursday night and there was a 30 min wait (although we didn't wait long at all) so we went into the bar. The bar is a feast for your eyes and probably a great place to watch the game. We... More

I have been their regular guest since I moved in to NH in 2006! Their Lobster Mac & Cheese is my favorite on the menu. 2nd favorite is their nachos - with generous portion, real cheese, fresh ingredients, can't find it anywhere else! And obviously, their New England Clam Chowder is the best - as well as their fisherman's platter.... More
