We stopped on a weekday and enjoyed a $13 early bird including appetizer and dessert. We all had either baked haddock or haddock au gratin and it was delicious. I easily maneuvered with my wheelchair but it wasn't full so may be different at other times.

This family operated business is a must for visitors. It is our favorite of the entire NH seacoast. Also has great Sunday brunch.

Been eating at the Old Salt forever, since it was down on the beach, before the fire that forced it's unfortunate move, but at least it survived and maintained it's excellence especially in seafood. Can not be within 50 miles and not go there for a meal. Décor original post and beam, get a booth if you can, on the... More

We've only eaten in the bar and found it enjoyable. The menu selection and food are very good. Atmosphere is fun and servers efficient and friendly. It's a good local spot and one we frequent whenever we're in town.

Our waitress was affable and welcoming, and ready to make solid suggestions when asked. Food was quickly prepared, and we no reason to regret our choices. These included the Country Fish Chowder, A-. Fish & Chips B+. Strawberry Kiwi Salad B+. Haddock with Lobster Sauce B+. Will definitely stop in again when we have the chance.

Had a lunch here; place was busy but were seated right away. staff was courteous and fast with drinks and delivery of food. Companion had a chicken Cesar salad and i had a hot pastrami sandwich. Both meals were tasty and very good. So much food that we skipped dessert! Will definitely return!
