It is a diner. Mis-matched cups, old tables, crowded and hectic. Just what we love. The waitress is old...school and the breakfast was perfect. Even though they were very busy the hostess made room for our party of eight. No complaints from any of us. We will be back. Liam & Colleen Haight New York

I went to this restaurant with my fiance and grandfather. The food was dry and odd, the cornbread tasted like it was from a box.

This is an amazing place for breakfast. they also serve lunch but close fairly early. if I recall it is 1 PM. All decked out with pigs, mugs, memorabilia and some hanging on the wall. The food is great. Two guys work the grill one his the owner. The owners wife is one of the waitresses . We like to... More

Living in Hampton the possibilities for breakfast are many. Hoaty's is by far my favorite. Plenty of hot coffee, great service, and above all delicious food. On Sunday I had "Mom would be proud" which consisted of Blueberry pancakes, eggs any way you like them, sausage, and home fries. It comes on 2 plates. My wife had a veggie omelet.... More

We were driving up the coast from Boston to Portsmouth and had done a bit of research to find the best breakfast spot on the way, Hoaty's was the winner and deserves it's spot as number 1 in the area. It was very busy so service was a touch slow but that was completely understandable considering the crowd. It wasn't... More

Classic American diner style joint! Breakfast was cooked to order, food was great & the service was even greater. Go hungry, the pancakes are HUGE!!

Large portions and everything is cooked just right. Pancakes and french toast are very light. Pancake syrup is not real maple syrup however.

A family breakfast/lunch diner with hands down the best french toast I have ever had in my life. It's just basic french toast made with thick slices of homemade bread, but oh so good. The rest of the food we had (bacon, eggs, home-fries, etc) was typical diner fare, basic and tasty. I wasn't a fan of the home-fries but... More

We love their french toast. We live in the area and of all the breakfast places this is our favorite. Try their pancakes. The waitresses are friendly and always keep your coffee cup full.
