We had lunch here twice. Both times the food was excellent and we were able to sit for a very long time to talk and visit with our friends.

I've been here many times. Good for special occasions. The honey buffalo tenders are great. Nice decor in the restaurant. I would also recommend the seven layer bar. Can be a little overpriced depending on what you order, but overall a nice restaurant.

After church last Sunday, my wife declared, "let's go to the Galley Hatch and have coffee out on the deck", Despite the threat of rain I agreed. My wife had the quiche and I had the breakfast burrito coupled with a side order of hash browns that we shared. All was great until the downpour so we went inside. By... More

We wanted a place to go for a good dinner without getting all dressed up and was told by the front desk at our motel that this was the place the locals go-away from the boardwalk, not overly fussy but good food and reasonable prices. I was a little skeptical but quickly realized it was exactly what we were looking... More

After a long week we decided to go out to dinner and decided to stop at the Galley Hatch restaurant. This colonial decorated inside very nicely done. We were seated right away in the dining room in a wooden booth. Our waitress came off quickly offered us drinks and took our orders. She was friendly but not overly so. We... More

I think we are done with this restaurant. The prices have always been high, but because the food was good we were willing to pay them. Well, now the prices are even higher and the food quality has dropped…plus they have market pricing on steaks!!! We were there on Wednesday with friends who both ordered the filet. The expensive cuts... More

Try the seafood pizza. At first thought my friends didn't like the idea of seafood on a pizza. Took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. Who would think scallops and shrimp on a pizza would equal a taste worth dying for? Great drinks, great service, nice atmosphere.

Galley Hatch is a great place to have really good food. You know when all the locals are there that the food is good. They just remodeled the bar area and it looks great. That is where we like to go to eat, but the regular dining room is nice as well. Everything is fresh tasting especially the fish dishes.... More

My husband and I ate here duriing NH Restaurant week. The price fix menu for 3 courses was $35.00 each. Therefore, with tax, tip and a drink, our bill came to over $100.00. For this kind of money, food should be excellent. Although service was excellent, food was not. The dessert was strawberry shortcake. It was made with poor quality... More
