Very laid back atmosphere and a homey feeling, great place where some locals hang out. But we do it in the off season, and avoid all the tourists. Gets extremely busy summer season, which is to be expected being at the beach. There have been times I left because it was just too crazy. It can be fun when it's... More

We visited the beach on an early Spring day. Looked for a place to eat and found North Beach. Homey place with what seemed like a hometown clientele. Had a popcorn shrimp app which was hot and with a good sauce and nicely battered . The entrees were fried scallops and a fried haddock sandwich. Both were very well prepared... More

Usually go here when I am really hungry after surfing late. Have been with my gf 5 -6 times over the past few years. The good - it is an easy walk across from surfing/beaching at The Wall (North Beach) Decent drinks. The bad - seems to be badly managed and the staff don't seem to care. We have waited... More

The North Beach Bar and Grill is located across from the ocean right next to Cinnamon Rainbow--a local surf shop. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. On Wednesday nights a local couple great music for a few hours, and there is usually entertainment on Saturday nights. It is a popular place for the locals to meet and... More

Portions were not worth value. Food was average, not only did we order chowder, but we reminded server yet the next... More

I am in the business myself. I own restaurants and I feel like I have fairly realistic expectations, especially in areas like Hampton and Hampton Beach. Once in a while I will go to a place where the food feels like it was made with the kitchen already resenting me simply because I am a customer. There are spots that... More

Me and my girlfriend who lives in Hampton visited this bar for a drink. She ordered a Sangeria, while I ordered a "stolie". The bartender served use in plastic cups and filled my cup full to the brim with ice, She then added pineapple and another non alcoholic juice, then added more ice to account for the slightly melted amount...
