Good breakfast with large portions. The standout was toast made from thick cut homemade bread. The service was quick and friendly.
Wow of a breakfast, HUGE portions, fairly priced, great service! Had the Taco omelette filled the whole plate, must have been a 6 egg omelet!, Delicious, will be stopping there for sure for breakfast...maybe even try dinner!
We stopped here for breakfast while staying in town after some friends' recommended it. We both had the french toast, which was delicious! Big, thick slices with vanilla and cinnamon. The bacon was perfectly cooked. Very reasonably priced. The only drawback was that the coffee was very weak. I went to the Dunkins up the street after for a decent... More
Not bad, not great either. Thought it would be a little better, considering there are not many options around. We stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Waitress was friendly. Food was ok. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without eggs, but with cheese. It came with no eggs and no cheese. Bagel was hard. Pancakes were plate-sized, but too... More
The place is Old. The food was "ok" no more. The pancakes were HUGE but not that good. The only good thing was the 2$ maple syrup; it was tasty. The coffee was bland. For a breakfast it's not that bad of a place. A diner basically.
I don't like to write bad reviews, but this place was really disappointing. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. We were looking for a local restaurant, and avoid quick fast food. The service really lacked here. Service without a smile. When our waitress brought our food, she asked it is was okay they our toast was burnt. If... More
It was Sunday and so the restaurant was featuring a brunch that was very well attended. Since we couldn't do justice at a brunch we requested and were given a menu from which to order breakfast. The food was good and prices were reasonable. Service was marginal.
We have been Sunday brunch regulars for years. The food quality has declined & service was terrible. No cream for coffee. Plates piled up on our table & every table around us. Only saw waitress when she dropped off the bill & she was unfriendly. Time for a new Sunday breakfast place
The atmosphere is cozy. Low ceilings with subdued lighting. The service is very fast and if you stay at the TOP KNOTCH INN you get a 10% discount. The omelette's are delicious with more than enough to fill a big appetite.
