We dropped by the Red Parka for dinner and were not overwhelmed. But we weren't underwhelmed either. Just whelmed. The salad bar did not have fresh organic produce as advertised in the menu... glorified iceberg lettuce... very basic. The hand cut fried mozzarella was delish! So was the french onion soup, although it was far too hot for human consumption.... More

The atmosphere was very nice. The food was exquisite. The Beef Stroganoff was made with a delicious creamy sauce with prime rid in it. Beat ever !!! My husband had the sirloin steak that was so tender that a knife was not really necessary Our waitress Cindy was the greatest. Do yourself a favor and stop at this fantastic restaurant.... More

We chose this place because of the reviews on Trip Advisor and there were always a lot of cars in the parking lot when we drove by. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because the hostess was getting a take out order ready. We were sat near the door which was very busy. The A/C duct was... More

Stopped here for a late night meal on my first night in town and was not disappointed. I had the Petit Filet with a baked potato and green beans. I also had a drink from the bar called Anti-oxidant...very good and very strong. Overall, the meal itself was good, but the service from my waitress was outstanding (I believe her... More

Food was just Ok my girjfriend ordered Steak & Shrimp. They only offer 1 Veg choice which was Beans. They would not let her just have some lettuce & ranch dressing to sub for beans. Very unflexable when spending $22 for a entree. My burger was Ok but not great at all. Would not go back

After a long day of traveling, we were tired and hungry. Driving to our vacation rental, we spotted The Red Parka Steakhouse & Pub. It looked interesting, so we gave it a try. Our first mistake was choosing to eat in the pub portion, and not the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was a large group dining in the Pub. We counted... More

Thank you for your comments. It appears that the only reason that you would not join us again is because of the noisy guests and your Chicken Parmesan special. I would like to point out that the Chicken Parmesan was our $8.95 special that we run every week for our locals. It is not meant to be a regular Chicken... More

After a long day of family fun, we decided to try Red Parka Pub. There was about a 10 minute wait, which was not unexpected given the dinner hour. There was a nice selection on the children's menu and my daughter loved the wagon wheel pasta with butter and cheese. I enjoyed the frozen strawberry daiquiri. It was a relaxing... More

Well, my wife and I revisited the Red Parka Pub after 38 years and were not at all disappointed! After reading a couple of the reviews that said it was not the Red Parka Pub of old, we were somewhat hesitant, but so glad we decided to go! The service was excellent (Liz), and the pepper steak and stuffed shrimp... More
