This restaurant has very good food and a lot of choices on their menu. The place is charming....especially nice in the winter with their cozy fireplace. Service is always good. One of our favorites.

We enjoy regular visits to this popular spot. Typically, we go for the burgers or pizza. The menu has much to offer. On this particular visit, we decided to order regular dinner entrees. The food was decent and nicely prepared. Our only problem was the service. Our server wasn't very attentive. It's too bad... We waited a long time for... More

If you can this place has it... so many things to look at, the decorator is to be commended. It's amazing what you can do with a barn! And so many interesting items adorn the pace. The place is always packed out, and so far everything on the menu that we have tried has been top notch and interesting, slightly... More

I am a regular at this restaurant as I have a home directly across the street from the restaurant. I actually love returning to "the Barn". This review could easily have been 4 or 5 stars if it had not been for our server. Our server actually provided good service but I was very irate when I discovered that she... More

The fish taco was extraordinary! I had the hamburger on another visit. No one can beat it! Everyone in my party of five was very happy with our selections. Service could have been better. We thought it was a little pricey. But all in all it was great!

We did not know what to expect when we walked into this restaurant. A barn is exactly what it looks like and we loved it. Wood beams everywhere! Rustic and interesting! Our waiter was terrific, always checking in but not a pain. Our food was delicious, hot, and timely. Our only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is price.... More

Ellacoya is a very good community restaurant located across from the Samoset Resort Condominiums. Their marketing effort with $5 hamburgers once a week has left other restaurants empty on those nights. You still end up spending $70 or so because the drinks are excellent and the atmosphere is convivial for you to stay a while.

As my son said when speaking about our experience at Ellacoya Barn and Grille, "We drew the short straw as far as table server." Had we had different waitress, we may have come away with a better impression. We were seated upstairs in a booth -- nice and quiet and comfortable. When the server came to take our drinks orders,... This place is so great, the staff remembers you and what you like. Best French Onion Soup ever had, plus check out there $5.00 burger night & there $10.00 pizza night. this place is a gem and I would recommend everyone to try this place. They get 10 stars from me.

My family and I visited on a busy Friday night. We were seated to the left of the bar with other large parties. It was SO LOUD we couldn't even hear our family's conversation. It was rather overwhelming and annoying. It was also really warm so we opened the window near us. That area is not a great place to... More
